Lucky Star Brewery and Cantina

I found this place, and I'm so glad I did! What started as just another stop has turned into one of my favorite breweries. The beer selection is fantastic, the food is amazing, and the staff always make you feel welcome.

I've been back so many times since that first visit, and every experience has been great. I honestly wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. Everything about it is top-notch. The owners have created an incredible place with amazing food, fantastic beer, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.
A huge shoutout to Izzy, who is easily one of the best bartenders I've ever had. She's funny, personable, knows the menu and beer inside and out, and somehow manages to make every guest feel like a regular. Her service alone is worth coming back for.

The food is always fresh, made to order, and consistently delicious. Pair that with their outstanding in house-brewed beer, and you really can't go wrong.

If you're in Miamisburg, this place should be at the top of your list. It's become my go-to spot, and I recommend it to everyone.

Great crowd and wonderful band. Bartender only serves men unless you ask repeatedly. Would not go back again.

Since the new ownership a year and a half ago (beginning of 2025), everything has improved dramatically! The food is fantastic every night we go and the service is quicker & friendlier than it ever was before. This is our new “go to” favorite! And it’s great to see so many familiar faces…there are always regulars there (it almost feels like home).

Great little family friendly watering hole. The street tacos have always been perfect. My margarita strong. They have more than just IPAs. Bored games for our kids to play, air hockey, basketball, darts and pool. Music some nights, trivia others. Staff are always friendly and smiling even when they are short handed.

If I could give it a zero, I would.

Bartender was clearly high. We showed up with 4 people and he took 2 orders but then didn't take the other 2 for 10+ minutes. I ordered shrimp street tacos. After 20 minutes, they brought out the wrong ones and they only had 3 tiny shrimp on each one. Zero seasoning. They were basically lettuce and sour cream on a stale tortilla for $12. The margarita was also just ice with maybe 3 ounces premixed drink. After the rest of my table finally got their food, I mentioned how bad it was to the server and she basically blew me off.

They also wanted to keep my tab open even though I didn't want to. I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes to pay.

This was still at 6:30 with only 20ish customers. I can't imagine what it would be like if they're remotely busy. I'm not sure how anybody considers this good food or good service.
