“Neat bar and watering hole. This fun average size tavern serves beer and booze and has lots of cool colorful murals on the outside! Miamiville does an excellent and prized job of representing its own town and area. Newcomers, tourists as well as locals and townie hang-around a from the greater area are friendly and welcomed. They serve small bites and apps and burgers. For me it was a one-time stop in and check out the town kind of place. Modern digs. Review: 5”

“I came here for the lobster crab shrimp BLT and I thought I found the love of my life but not this time. I wish the filling of the seafood portion had more texture with pieces of meat. It puts me in mind of tuna salad. It’s a cold sandwich but the filling was ice cold. The French fries could use improvement as well. Overall the food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t order or recommend it. Over priced as well for what’s given. The restaurant is beautiful and I will definitely come back to try another dish. I sat at the bar and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant which is why I ate in.”

“I honestly don't know why I go anywhere else for fine dining. I've been to Jag's for all but one anniversary and to celebrate a new job. It has never disappointed me. The food is phenomenal and better for the price than any other fine dining restaurant I've been to (outside of maybe some resorts). It's honestly phenomenal and they have free dessert options if you're going for special occasions. There's always a live musician and the ambiance is amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I think this is the best restaurant I've had in Cincinnati... Maybe even in Ohio. It's consistently good and I get exactly what I pay for. Also, a great place for wine drinkers. They have an amazing selection.”

“First time here, and definitely not the last! I was initially greeted by Tracy who explained the menu and their mission very well! The food I ordered came out much quicker than I expected for what I ordered and once I gave it all a try I was very happy with how everything tasted!! Shelly(Stacey?) was also very helpful once I was seated making the whole dining experience here very nice. I'll definitely be coming back here again next time I'm in town. Would love to see one of these in Delaware or near Columbus!”

“We had a wonderful, private dinner event at Carlo & Johnny last weekend. There were 11 of us in our party and most of us had never been to C&J before (we live in Hyde Park and typically frequent the Precinct and Ruby’s locations). We loved our first experience at C&J. This historic property was beautiful and well-appointed, the service was top notch, and as always, the steaks were terrific and the wine list was extensive! It was a great evening in the burbs!”

I believe Shannon was on our seating ticket but it was two young females and one l believe was in training. Please be sure they read this. I find myself unfortunately hard to please although I may rarely make it evident. I am a natural devils advocate, think you definitely get what you pay for, and expect much when an experience is glorified. I must say that my expectations were blown away and that I didn't realize that I had set the standard too low. You have done an injustice to all experiences after you because I doubt they can stand against the new found enlightenment of what excellence looks like.When these two ladies walked over to our table it was as if the rest of the room had to stop to appreciate the energy and perfection of service that seems to fall from ancient wisdom gathered through centuries or just an embodied gift bestowed to these two ladies. The Precinct must have some credit for selection and training in the hiring process but these ladies deserve to be recognized for their own skill navigating a seamless and natural experience that tops the list of fine dining. They put focus on my wife for her special day and made her feel important as it was all about her. This is much appreciated and exactly what we needed from the night. I could not change a thing to improve and would only hope another visit would be the same and with the same ladies handling our service. I fear the expectation was set and no one else will compare. We also received great recommendations even on the cooking of our steaks. It was the best beef I had ever tasted and I am no novice to good food. “Best pizza in Cincinnati.We ordered margherita and hawaiian pizzas, and they were both perfect. Il Gusto pizza is ultra thin and crispy with high quality ingredients. The margherita especially was fantastic, and even my young children loved it.The greek salad was fresh with a house made dressing. We wished there were whole kalamata olives, but it was still delicious.”

“I had a friend buy some of the vanilla on vanilla buttercream cookies as a taste test for her kids upcoming birthday party. It should be said that I am of the opinion that a dessert that doesn’t have chocolate is a waste of a dessert… however omg those cookies were divine…. The texture of the cookie was perfection - melt in your mouth goodness, the buttercream was delicious, it was honestly one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I went back recently for a chocolate cupcake and it was even better than the cookie. I don’t think you can go wrong with any dessert from this bakery.”
