Stopped in here while visiting the island with family. Customer service was great. The BLT sandwiches are some of the best I’ve ever had.

This should be your first stop when you get off the ferry. The staff was very helpful and provided information about the island. The food was also delicious. We ate breakfast and lunch there. Great food and service for both meals.

We had an Americano and a cappuccino after spending the night at the marina. And we have done this several times because the place is great. Then she has a speakeasy with excellent cocktails after coffee time is over.

What a welcoming place this is! Beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed some delicious ice cold beverages on a sunny hot day. A wonderful spacious place to enjoy some time alone or with family & friends, reading, working or doing whatever fun activities they have planned. The owner was absolutely wonderful, so very attentive and so kind. Even the restrooms were beautiful! New, modern very much appreciated. Every person we encountered on MBI was so nice! A pleasure to spend time there. Highly recommend!

It's been a few months since my visit.
I've thought of this place everyday since.
For me, no doubt it's my perfect cup of coffee. The best turkey sandwich had in 43 years alive. The baked goods that seem to be fitting to dream about at night, yes they're that dreamy of deliciousness.
The cup that I could put my face in was so fitting for me 😆 Just the decor and atmosphere alone. I would want to go back. But the superb love in Passion and Quality of food will make me take a 3-hour trip one-way just for this Visit again.

The girl working the counter today was unbelievable I have legit never met someone who was so rude on the island yet. Slammed my drinks down because she got it wrong lol if you’re going to work at a coffee shop at least know the simplest of orders. Coffee was good but service is an absolute 0.
Went to Middle Bass Island for the first time and came across The Island Grind. Super cute place to sit and have a coffee/smoothie and breakfast. We got a strawberry bagel and it was amazing. We also got strawberry and banana smoothies and they were SO good. Next time we’re in the area we will definitely be back. I

Adorable coffee shop! I loved the cozy atmosphere & being able to walk down to get coffee on the island every morning. There’s a hidden bar inside as well if you want something a little stronger ;) the turkey sandwiches were super fresh too, I’ve added green pepper to mine at home now too. Can’t wait to go back.
