Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo

I made a order at 6am on my Antonio's account for a 2pm pick up. I arrived at 2pm to pick up my order and they didn't even have the dough out of the refrigerator. At that point I canceled the order. Im very disappointed in the service today. Being a repeat customer I've never had an issue at this establishment. Hopefully they resolve their issues.

My family Love’s Antonio’s pizza & food, but I absolutely HATE ordering from the franchise on Bagley Rd in Middleburg Hts. Every time I place an order, there is some issue. Today I placed. $100 order of 3 pizzas & pepperoni rolls. I Got there when I was told the order would be ready. I Waited 11 minutes at the counter for ANYONE to come up. Two pizza were boxed and on the counter. I could see my other pizza & my order of rolls sitting on the conveyor -completely burned!!! I called the store to talk to someone & the phone rang until it hung up on me. I opened and closed the door several times to set off the chime. I called out LOUDLY to try get anyone’s attention! Finally, after being there for 15 minutes 2 people came in the back door. Neither came up to the counter initially. One went over to the conveyor & tossed the burnt rolls and the other came to the register to collect my money! When I asked (because I was never told, apologized to or even greeted with a “hello”) if they were cooking new rolls, I was told “yeah, they’ll be ready in 3 minutes”. No one ever took even a minute to come apologize, tell us they were cooking new rolls or offer any explanation. During this time several other employees came in through the front door; not one said hello, not one asked us if we needed help, not one even looked at me. They boxed up the rolls, cut the last pizza (which was burned on the end that sat on the conveyor under the heat) and asked if I needed anything else!!! I was too angry to engage… The LoSchiavo family, who’s name is on the marquee need to get involved as THEIR Anotonio’s business is getting a really bad reputation from this location. The next time I need a big order to feed 8-10 people, I’m more likely now to use one of their competitors and not be inconvenienced with a wrong order, burnt food or having to practically beg for my order to done and done right!!

So I ordered a 1/2 sheet with extra sauce and then extra cheese on one side shrooms and sausage on the other. I got no sauce at all like dry bread which was thick like pan pizza and no extra cheese it had a lot of sausage but because it was so dry and mostly bread and sausage it sucked. Never again Angelinas is better and closer. Antonio’s sucks. The people working there looked dirty and unkempt, there is no atmosphere. Sucks don’t waste your money. Get a red baron it’s better.

Kid behind the counter said it would be awhile. Asked nicely how long is awhile? Kid behind the counter said he didn’t know. Asked him if it would be 5 or 10 mins. He said he didn’t know. Asked one more time if he could give me an approximate estimate. He said again he didn’t know. I’m befuddled at these kids now a days. Horrible experience.

Recent order was completely wrong, none of the toppings I asked for were correct. When the order was created initially it was a call in order over the phone.*changing 2 star to 1* recently picked up and ordered the half pound of wings and I thought It was a joke but they gave me 3 dinky wings. Tried giving the place another chance, never again.

I grew up in Detroit with some of the best deep dish pizza known to man. Better than Chicago or New York style pizza (in my opinion). Antonio's 216 pizza is the closest you'll get to Detroit Style Pizza here in Cleveland. The 216 is the real deal! I've had their other pizzas, and they're all great, but the 216 is my favorite. Antonio's is by far the best pizza in Cleveland.

This was the most disappointing thing I've eaten in a while, I was first introduced to Antonio's by a coworker, I'm a maintenance Technician at Tysons food in Amherst ohio and I was amazed at the flavorful taste of the pizza and the sauce was great and the chicken tenders were crispy and juicy,and well seasoned, but today Friday the 13th of all the days I was excited to find out that there's a Antonio's pizza in Middleburg around the corner from my home,so I ordered the same meal as I did in the Amherst location and I felt disappointed with it,..to the maximum, the chicken tenders were half cooked and the pizza was terrible the sauce was bland and the cheese was as thin as a paper plate, never again will I order from here. …maybe at the Amherst location, but never at the Middleburg location..I have pictures but there's no option for me to post them.

Ordered food at 5:00pm, we were told it would be here at 7:00pm, it's now 7:46pm, and we are missing one of our fish, food barely warm, and we needed it to help feed a toddler and now they are cranky >:(

Just get dominos at that point, they at least get food to you fast
