Applebee's Grill + Bar

My food was delicious!!! I had the steak skillet. I'm not sure if that's what it is called. It's steak ,mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and onions.

Came to get a quick bite. Server was attentive and fast. Got our drink orders and then our food order shortly after. Food came out not long after we ordered. Everything tasted pretty ok. Server refilled our drinks before we were half done with the first one. Checked up on 2-3 times later throughout the meal with one personal greetings from the manager. Overall good service and food from an Applebee.

Short staffed. Long wait to be seated, but it wasn't busy and it took a long time to get the food, as well. Nothing against the employees; everyone was pleasant; just not enough help

Picked up order, the fries were cold and rubbery. In fact they are always like that when I pick up my order from Applebee’s The burger was not the way I called it in.

we had a group of 9 (8/17/25), the host greeted us with disrespect and a very loud groan. the waitress talked to us condescendingly while taking our orders, rolled her eyes at every check up, rushed us, and started cleaning while we were still there. the restaurant was still open for at LEAST another 45 minutes by the time we finished up paying our checks. very disappointed as i've been coming to this location for over a decade and i've never experienced this type of blatant disrespect and hostility from both the host and waitress. if you're going to talk bad about a party/table at least wait for them to leave instead of sitting at the bar while staring and pointing.

i decided i wanted to go up and eat on sunday the 17th i’m sitting at the bar waiting for my drink and my food i over hear the bartender talking about her fellow employees with another employee while she’s making my drink i don’t like foul behavior the things she was saying was ridiculous and very nasty she seriously needs to have a talk about not talking about employees nasty around customers.

Always a fan favorite. Middleburg Hts staff is excellent and always provide good food! Mariah is the reason we keep coming back. Awesome service - very friendly, personable, and efficient! And makes great drinks.

The food was good. Service was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We could have a pleasant conversation without having to talk over other people. I had the salmon dinner.

Mediocre at best. People wonder why these fast feeder chains are failing. Ordered a Cesar salad. The lettuce was brown as if it was a day or too old sitting in the precut bag. They replaced it, next salad same thing almost wilted soggy lettuce. The burger was great, ordered it pink. It doesn't matter how you order a steak or burger they over cook it anyway you order. Service was attentive friendly.
