Applebee's Grill + Bar

I would never take my kids or family hers . The sever was very disrespectful and the manager agrees for her employees to disrespect the customers I order the honey hot glaze skillet witch what they serve me was nothing compare to what the picture show I would never come to this place. Very disgusting attitude coming from a male to a female very not professional. The manager try to cover her employees by giving me some discounts that I will never use because of how bad service and employees was.

Absolute trash. We waited for over 45 mins on a Sunday night for horrible food. The steak was tough and way over done burnt. The serving size of mashed potatoes was absolutely ridiculously small. For 20$ a plate for one tiny scoop of potatoe. They had to remake My steak. Which the second was medium rare and bloody. *barf* also my child ordered chicken tenders. Which were like rubber with cold stale fries. Remade and received over cooked dark tenders. Waitress took absolutely forever to refill drinks a good 25 mins and did not check on us one time. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. Not to mention people standing at the door for about 15 minutes even waiting for a host to seat them. Also witnessed numerous people sending plates back and over hearing how horrible it was. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

It was alright

My first freeze were left over they had been under the heat lamp and were extremely salty and the girl brought me back fresh freeze speedily she was a nice waitress but I think the overall quality of the food at this price range like most things since the pandemic has declined what's a 20 dollar menu it's a decent bargain when you consider that it cost you about $14 or $15 to eat at Mcarnolds I got to wonder a person that's pretty handy around the kitchen as myself you got to wonder how fast you could get a restaurant up and running only by providing even mediocre food there seems to be a general consensus out there in the $25 range they will serve food all day long at $25 but it's the way things are out there today I think if you want to have a decent dining experience you have to get up to the $50 per person range

Wheelchair accessibility: Me being a one-legged amputee I guess people on disability have a thing that they have to get moved to the front of the line some people take advantage of but they seem like they accommodated handicapped people take advantage of it

My rib platter was excellent however my 12 oz steak was definitely a 8oz so very disappointing always check your order either in the restaurant or in your car they got me good on my steak order 😭

Very calm atmosphere while we were there. There weren't many people there on a Monday around 9:30. Our waiter was excellent, very nice and attentive. The honey glaze boneless wings were awesome.

The food was absolutely amazing. The environment was calm and cool. The hostess was apparently really rude and lazy along with the waitress. She didn't want to manually punch in the payment info and order into the machine because the system was being goofy. So the waitress proceeded to make sure everyone in the restaurant knew she was upset that she had to do her job.

In summary, great food but terrible people.

I still don't understand why Applebee's keeps carpet in the restaurants, carpet smells and is dirty and they're kind of a trip hazard. They cook with so much oil, people track oil marks off to the parking lot. The servers and bartenders are usually pretty friendly but very slow with the food and drinks.

The server was horrible. Waited 30mins for a table, not sure why when there were plenty of open tables. Never got refill on drink, she never checked up on us. We sat there 10mins waiting for server to order dessert, never came by so we paid out on the table kiosk and left. HORRIBLE
