The customer service people were nice. I asked an employee where something was. He was nice enough to take time from what he was doing to walk to the area the item was and show me. That was really nice of him. Most people will just direct you and leave. The store itself is a bit confusing with the layout. It's similar to Costco and Sams. I used to be a member but customer service was so bad I did not renew and joined Costco. BJ's had very view cashiers mostly self service which constantly didn't work. Never anyone working in the store to help you find anything. The total opposite at Costco.
