Charleys Cheesesteaks is a consistently great sub restaurant in Cleveland and surrounding areas, offering fresh food made while customers wait. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, with the owner or manager like Wagdy going out of his way to customize orders. Customers appreciate the Nashville sauce and note that orders are always made to a T. One location is nicely sized and quieter than the mall, where an owner even replaced a dropped drink. It is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town.
