The Chipotle on Pearl Rd in Middleburg Heights is by far the Best! The food was fresh and delicious and perfectly prepared. But the best part was the excellent customer service from Charmay!!! 7-28-23
I went into chipotle this afternoon for a bowl. Ive recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. I politely asked the associate if he would change his gloves for me. The last few times I've gone to Chipole at this location the employee's have been very aggressive and loud. I thought customers were supposed to be treated with courtesy and friendly attitudes, but they seem to have attitude. Left out the quacamole that I paid extra for and Sometimes the food is good and other times not as good. Never know! We like Chipole but may have to change locations!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a convenient spot for pick-up orders, located in a great area with a team that usually provides friendly and efficient service. The kitchen ensures fresh items are available, and the line employees are skilled in preparing food. This location stands out for its cleanliness, with every worker wearing gloves, including the cashiers. Customers have noted that the staff is engaging, and while some have experienced robotic interactions, they consistently deliver delicious food. The restaurant is known for its amazing offerings, especially the guac, which many believe is exceptional. Though there have been mentions of poor customer service in the past, overall, the restaurant is recognized for serving reliable portions and getting orders right every time.
