EDIT: I've been two times since they opened and my experience has been awful. Today the food was literally rancid and rotten tasting. I threw it away. On top of that my order was super late. I'd rather run the risk at the other chipotle locations. Atleast there I won't get rancid food.

First time ordering from this location instead of Cascade Crossing in off of Tiedman. WOW I'm impressed and will be returning! Ingredients were super fresh and my chipotle bowls were filled to the brim. I haven't had this experience at Chipotle in years!

While the food was fine the level of service was less than up to par. Because the lady did not understand or comprehend what I was saying to her as I was saying it. When asked to speak to the manger they never came out. Very badly run very very dirty and the staff needs better training. Will never visit this establishment again. Will continue to go to the one in my neighborhood. Very sad chipotle.

Ordered from app a family meal that supposedly fed 4-6, but barely fed 3! Put order in at 415 for an 840 pickup and had to wait until 905 to get food! Upon getting order, there was no lettuce, no queso, and no corn salsa! Chicken was Cold after 5 minute ride home from restaurant! Order was made at 415, so it not being ready is completely Wrong and messing up the order by shorting in amount of food and shorting order by not fulfilling order is Unacceptable! Do Better for Sake of other customers!

Ordered at 6:50; App said it would be ready at 7:10. Order was ready after 8 pm on a random Sunday. Maybe dont accept orders if you know you’re backed up over an hour

The chicken was ice cold, and the allegedly just finished cooking it. They were also out of cheese, which is whatever, but they said the cheese would be back in stock in 45 mins, yet it took 1 1/2 hours

I gave it 5 for many reasons, ive seen the manager there trying very hard. Love her. When shes not there though I think is slacks thats why the 3 for service. Food still great but the people on the line are kind of meh.

This location never has my order ready for pick up when its expected. Multiple times I've come to pick up and they haven't even started making it yet. Sometimes they ask me to go back around the building and get back into line so it doesn't mess with their drive through timer. What a joke.

Edit: got home and realized they also made both of my orders incorrectly. So that's the cherry on top, I suppose.

This location is TOP NOTCH. I have NEVER gotten food this good! You can tell they take their time getting it right. Everything looks good. My daughter said it was the best chipotle she’s ever had.
