Chipotle Mexican Grill

Slowly the quality of the food has gone down hill. It’s bland and not very good. I ordered corn salsa on my bowl and literally just got corn, no onions or jalapeños. The black beans and corn taste like they’re straight out of the can. Not very good, this location used to be my go to

Literally half the normal portion of chipotle.

Ordered 4 burritos and mostly all of them were wrong some of them had toppings that were never on the order and the others didn't have any protein at all, I don't get how some locations have great food and others do not, owner watch who u hire this is embarrassing, why would u ever come to this establishment if others are doing better, I payed 40 bucks to get nothing what I ordered

This is my favorite Chipotle to go to for the scenery and a good meal. It is always loud though.

I came here after shopping in the area to grab lunch. A younger white male employee greeted the two white customers in front of me with, “What can I get for you today?” He then asked if the portion sizes he gave them were “good for them.”

However, when it was my turn (I’m a 27-year-old Black female), the first thing he said to me was, “We are out of chipotle honey chicken—do you still want this?” I told him no, as I wasn’t even aware there was a new chicken option. He then proceeded to give me less than half portions and didn’t ask if the portion size was “good for me” like he did with the customers ahead of me.

I’m sharing this to make others aware before spending their money here. As for me, I no longer care to associate with Chipotle moving forward.

I’ve been staying in parma for years and this my first time at this location. When i say i was surprised. Every worker had on gloves even the cashier. the guy who took my order i think his name was Jeremy he changed his gloves after every person who ordered. I’ve been to many locations ever since chipotle came to Ohio and i have never ever seen that ever. Good job yall deserve a raise. And this was the cleanest location I’ve been in.

Lady at pick up window always rude to me now since she gave me the wrong order before I told her my name like 10 times still got wrong order she can’t even say a word to me That’s rude

Always good food!! Honey Chipotle chicken was a good switch up on flavors!! Yummy!!

Food never disappoints. Everything was amazing. Employees could be less robotic but I don’t mind. I would wait longer than I do at Cedar Point on a Saturday during Halloweekends, and I would still be happy because of the food, especially the guac, this stuff is sent from Heaven. NEVER order online though, they cut you so short on food.

Ah, chipotle… the quick spot to grab a burrito that didn’t come from the bell. This chipotle branch is the same as every other branch, the food is the same, the poor fella behind the counter will struggle to get the burrito wrapped up just right that it doesn’t fall completely apart when you unwrap it, the place is a mess presumably because they have been so busy they just simply have not had time to wipe down the counter, or the tables, or the drink station… I think we all know what to expect when we walk into these places. As for the food I got, it was on point with what is expected from chipotle, it was convenient and was decent enough to scarf down and fill me up. I don’t visit very often, since the days when chipotle was a new concept there has been plenty of other options that have been created but those every once in a while I’ll get those inklings where I think “eh let’s grab a burrito” I always end up with the same thought, it’s average, just good enough, and I’ll take it to go so I can eat in a clean kitchen at a clean table. Two stars might be a little low, but it’s not quite a three star type of place

One of the few reliable locations. Staff has been friendly every time. I don’t have to worry about ordering ahead because they consistently give normal portions and get the order right.
