Chopsticks Express

Coming from Cali I’ve been looking for Chinese food that displays their food like out there and this was the only one I could find BUT it’s the best Chinese food I’ve had since I was a kid in Los Angeles. Definitely will be coming back and recommend 100%!

Been going there about twice a week for a long time but now they have hired new urban drive through workers recently
, they are rude mumble over the drive through intercom then get mad at you for not hearing them because they mumble. Not looking for rudeness at the drive through every time the urban workers are there. Bring back the younger culture appropriate workers. I will be going to sweet mango in Berea instead much better service and no rude urban workers there, hopefully you solve this problem before your customers all leave and you go out of business I really liked going there but not interested in returning and dealing with the rude urban drive through workers. There whole menu is great. My go too are crab rangoons and medium box or chicken anf shrimp teriyaki. I have yet to have a bad meal or item i was unhappy with. Great spot!!

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. I get the Chicken Teriyaki and it is a GIGANTIC portion for the price which I really appreciate. It's also delicious and hot every time I have been. The drive through makes it very convenient to order and they are always very efficient. I also love that the crab rangoon comes in a 2 pack and is only like $1 so its the perfect size for one meal. Been going here for years and I recommend!

I went in to get some lunch and ordered two big box meals at 11.50 them ordered a large wonton soup and my total came to 30 something dollars. They charged me 7.50 for my soup and my receipt said 10 piece chicken. I let it slide, whatever. They had 1 customer, but when I ate the food , the rice was under cooked and hard, the food must have been sitting out long, just old . I dont recommend this place at all, no wonder no customers.

I placed an order online yesterday 12/10 #4290 and came to the store only to find out it’s closed. I have tried contacting the store via phone, email and FB messenger with no reply. I would like a refund for food I CLEARLY NEVER received. Online ordering should not be an available option on days you are closed.

Second time here in 3 days. Had a craving for simple noodles the other day and this seemed to be the only place with just plain noodles I could get. I walked in that day and had great service and delicious food. Tonight I used the drive thru. Excellent portions and fast service. My husband's General Tso Chicken looks and smells fabulous (he's not home yet to try it). I get the mixed veggies and noodles, side of Spring aroll and Crab Rangoon. All great!
