Very poor service. Ordered 5 subs took more than 15 minutes to complete my order. Spent $53. The sandwich makers took faster easier orders in front of mine. Guess customer service and a line order means nothing. Customers that arrived after me were finished and left before me. No apologies were made. Only excuses were made. Will go to North Olmsted Jersey Mikes next time.

Although I didn’t like my sandwich the staff was great and helpful with the situation. Iris and the team were Very professional and had good customer service. I would still go back and just get my normal order.

I placed my order online at 12:19pm and it said it would be ready for pickup at 12:34pm. I ordered a mini cold sub with a bag of chips. The store was busy when I got there because it’s lunch time on a Sunday. Every single person that was waiting in line got their food prior to me and four people walked into the store and got theirs before I did. When I finally asked, I was told it was almost done. They finished the subs for the two walks ins and then I got mine at 12:48pm. The...
