I just realized that Smoothie King, smoothie company uses frozen compote. I just had Pulp with real fruits and fresh vegetables. This triggered my review. Why get processed when you can have fresh products that cost just as much?

Placed an online order for 2 smoothies, it said 10 minutes till order is ready. I drove 15 minutes. It wasn't ready. So I waited, she made one of my smoothies. They started taking orders in store and making their orders. So I got 1 smoothie and 10 minutes later I got my second smoothie. Of course the forst smoothie I received was my husband's and it's was melting by the time I got my other smoothie. This location needs to improve on time.

Actually these girls don’t deserve any star. I was very excited to have a smoothie and açaí shop next to our house. We stopped by this evening for the first time. The girls who served us were so disappointed to see some customers entering the shop. We greeted them. They didn’t respond. They just didn’t want to be there. They looked miserable. Finally, we got our order with no spoons. We left and we’re definitely won’t be back.

I came into the store on 7/24 at 8:40PM and the two young ladies were cleaning up when I walked in and informed me that they weren’t accepting cash and they weren’t making smoothie bowls. Last time I checked smoothie king closed at 9 and I never heard of a smoothie king doing that. They were very unprofessional and blamed their boss on them closing down early and not being able to make smoothie bowls. I come here all the time and it’s always a problem. I will be calling corporate and this store is overall a 2 out of 10!!!! I never feel comfortable here the only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house and the next smoothie king is 25 mins away from me.

Customer service is horrible! They force you to pay full price and do not allow you to use your rewards. The manager has no knowledge on how to use the app and does not allow you to use your rewards.

Went 10 minutes before closing and was met with a lot of attitude and nastiness from the girl working, even after tipping. Little did she know I was running out for a smoothie for my 9 year old daughter that had emergency surgery the day prior. Be nice, you never know what someone’s going through or the reason before their close to closing smoothie run. We won’t be back.

Location was so clean and bright. I think the employee who helped me was Nia, and she was very kind and pleasant. I got 2 smoothies, and both were awesome and so filling. I'll probably be back tomorrow!

Went to get my last smoothie replaced, I got another banana boat and it was amazing!! No issues with getting it replaced and staff was so nice about everything!! 5 stars plus for me now!!
