“Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? No other complaints!!!“

I often order the Verde Chili, which stands out as one of the freshest and most vibrant soups I’ve had from a chain restaurant in a long time. The ingredients are always top-notch, making for a delicious and satisfying meal.

While I haven’t tried their soup and salad combo yet, I can vouch for both individually. On separate occasions, I’ve enjoyed their salads and soups, and each time has been amazing. Having visited all the Super’s Market locations within the Cleveland area, I can confidently say that they never fail to impress with their consistent quality and flavor.“

We live 30 min away and decided to not eat in the car so my husband can enjoy his food (he is the driver). Even with the 30 min drive home the food was still great! Our soup stayed hot. “I have to say that this Panera is the best I've ever been to. Most Paneras to me have been mediocre to average at best, but this one surprised me. Maybe it's because it's fairly new, but ordering food was quick and easy, the food didn't take too long to be ready and I really liked the order status screen they have you can check while waiting. The food tastes as good as you can expect for the price, but still much better than any other Panera I've been to in NE OH. The inside had plenty of space with comfy booths, and the fireplace was nice.“

She helped me modify one of their other options and got close, but I guess they didn't have everything and they only make eggs one way now.
