The baristas at the Starbucks on 6780 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH, are simply the best! Every time I walk in, they greet me by name, which makes me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Their warm and friendly service, combined with how they always remember my usual order, really sets this location apart. It's more than just grabbing a coffee; it's a personalized experience that brightens my day every time!

We usually come here to this Starbucks location in Middleburg Heights @least 1-2x per week bcuz it’s very close to our place.
Anyway, I’ve always liked Starbucks n this particular location they’re pretty good. On our way to work, I usually get a tall coffee, but my daughter almost always gets something different n we share a lil bit. So far, the service is n was excellent n I truly hope they keep up the great work bcuz they’re SO many other options out there in this particular area. I really like the patio furniture outside.
I used to be a waitress in my younger years, so I appreciate service people. A job well done n see U all soon.

Every time I go to this business it takes forever to get just a plain coffee. The employees are all talking and laughing behind the window. Yesterday I was given a cup of lukewarm milk. Seriously! I don't think a drop of coffee was in the cup.

Went here for the first time today to get a birthday drink. I ordered 3 drinks. The first drink seemed to be made correctly, but the other 2 were absolutely horrible. I ordered 2 ventis. When they gave us the first one, it was a grande and we had to tell them it was supposed to be a venti. They claimed to remake it, but there was not enough time between when they took it and when they gave it back. The 3rd one, they gave us a venti, but you could tell they rushed it. The vanilla/mocha frappe was made correctly. The mocha frappe was the one that was originally given to us a a grande. The nondairy salted caramel cookie matcha (blended) was the 3rd. The mocha one had a flavor, but it had a lot of extra blended ice. The nondairy one was literally only matcha, there was no salted caramel and no cinnamon crumbles. I'm honestly not even sure I want to drink them because I don't know if I can trust that they were all truly nondairy. A waste of $20 and a horrible birthday experience! Also, I already contacted customer service on the 'Contact Us' page but since I used my personal card and not a Starbucks Rewards card, they couldn't help me.
