I always love a good clean nostalgic subshop and this place definitely delivers. The loaded tater tots are especially good.
My first time here!! The Philly cheesesteak is fire😍 the best I’ve had. Not only was it hot and made right! customer service was on point!!

Got 2 chicken sandwiches from here that tasted great. They had run out of the particular bread for those type sandwiches (ended up getting hoagie bread which still tasted great), but the owner/manager threw in some fried pickle chips on the house to make up for it…. They were friendly and made conversation while I waited for my food, and appreciated the owner focusing on good customer service and doing something nice to make up for being out of the normal bread.

So, we ordered from there for the first time and the sandwiches were excellent even though one of the sandwiches was supposed to be hot and wasn't, it was still good.
The sides were extremely underwhelming. We ordered the loaded tots and they were burned, to the point of being inedible.
Called immediately and it seemed as if the guy who answered was too busy to address the issue. Asked for the order number so started to give him the number I had and he cut me off telling me that's not it. Looked at the receipt, no order number so (sounding annoyed) he said he'll find my order and call me back when he had time. Welp, that was a week ago and still no call.
Now, I'd go back for the cheese steak and that's it but after this experience, I'm not going back or ordering from them again.

The first time I came here my order wasn't correct when I made it home. The food was great so gave it a 2nd chance, and glad that I did. Mike apologized and made everything exactly how I wanted it. Affordable prices and great service.

This place legit sucks. Just go to Jersey Mikes on Bagley and Engle for a much better cheesesteak.

The manager explained the menu and recommended a traditional Phillie Cheesesteak. We also ordered a hot pretzel with butter and cheese. The pretzel was a bit overcooked, so he remade it for us. The butter overwhelmsthe pretzel a bit, so next time we won't get that. The sandwiches were big and had nice flavor. The texture of the meat was different from other cheesesteaks we've had. It was chopped and also extremely thin. It gave the consistency of ground meat. The cheese whiz on it was unusual, but also tasty.
