I went to this location last Saturday and I received 1st class service at this location. The cashier informed me of the status of my food every five minutes. I have never received this type of service before from a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. The crew was very efficient.

I placed a mobile order through the app, when I got there the food was already made and sitting up at the warmer, the ice cream I got was also sitting up at the counter waiting to go into the freezer till I got there. The person working the cash register took care of the customers in front of me. After that she continued to ignore me, she would look at me then go do something else. There was another employee that would grab the blizzards and take them to the customer flipped upside down. I told the employee that was working the register that I had a mobile order and told her my name. She told another employee that the 2 blizzards that were in his hands were ours on the mobile order. He put the 2 blizzards in a drink carrier and put them back into the small freezer that's located to the left of the counter. Once we got our food we stood there for almost 2 minutes then we got our blizzards. Seems like some of the employees need some more training or retrained to be efficient.

They brought back the Cherry dip cone which was the only reason I went to dairy Queen in the first place, because their ice cream is made from a liquid with no dairy in 😥

Just visited today, tried to order two 7 dollar meals which should have been around $14, but for whatever reason they tried to charge us $18. I believe they are over charging and trying to pocket extra money watch out folks.
