I placed a mobile order through the app, when I got there the food was already made and sitting up at the warmer, the ice cream I got was also sitting up at the counter waiting to go into the freezer till I got there. The person working the cash register took care of the customers in front of me. After that she continued to ignore me, she would look at me then go do something else. There was another employee that would grab the blizzards and take them to the customer flipped upside down. I told the employee that was working the register that I had a mobile order and told her my name. She told another employee that the 2 blizzards that were in his hands were ours on the mobile order. He put the 2 blizzards in a drink carrier and put them back into the small freezer that's located to the left of the counter. Once we got our food we stood there for almost 2 minutes then we got our blizzards. Seems like some of the employees need some more training or retrained to be efficient.

They brought back the Cherry dip cone which was the only reason I went to dairy Queen in the first place, because their ice cream is made from a liquid with no dairy in š„

The food was hot and average, but the service was great. Jaela our host took very good care of use, was relational, and made us feel welcome. I also just loved the contemporary Christian music they were playing for background. Overall an excellent experience.

Just visited today, tried to order two 7 dollar meals which should have been around $14, but for whatever reason they tried to charge us $18. I believe they are over charging and trying to pocket extra money watch out folks.
Drive through is pretty fast and they have the best chocolate malts just the I like um! Sometimes they they give me a pup cup free

I usually donāt have a problem here with them messing up my order, but I ordered a six piece chicken strip basket and two honey mustard dipping sauces. When they brought my order out, it only had five chicken strips and they didnāt add any sauce with it, and I had to wait for them to come back to the register to ask them for it again. For the amount Iām paying for the food, It shouldāve had better service.

Wasnāt that busy only four cars in line. They proceeded to forget every single sauce and gravy in my order, Followed by burnt food, and and when i asked for a lid on my blizzard they forgot it.
