Likes to give out old food the last two hours as much as possible so they don’t have to cook anything fresh and they close before they’re closing time so you drive there thinking they’re open and they’re already closed

Took my mother for lunch and we got two number 1s the fries was rock hard and the sandwiches was cold even the nacho cheese. I lost my receipt but the manager I spoke with said she would replace it but because I don’t have to receipt anymore they refuse to replace so I guess we just waste our money on cold hard food ? Ridiculous

I tried a pulled pork sandwich. It was disgusting. It was mostly fat, and what little pork that was on there was so chopped up, you couldn't even separate the meat from the fat. I was very disappointed. I got it through the drive thru. The young man at the window was very polite. His service was fine, the food was awful.
Without even addressing food, etc. there has been a pothole entering the parking lot for months, more like a 6 foot trench. It can not be avoiding in that entrance. It practically engulfs a tire and the management has ignored it for months. If they won't repair it, they should at least fill it with gravel to stop damaging cars. Disgraceful.
