Horrible pizza. We ordered pizza for the first time for a party. 6 small pies for $100. They say "fire roasted" but they were so burnt they were inedible. The crust was so black and the cheese was so hard you could barley chew. $100 in the

I was disappointed that I had to select a star to rate this place at all. My now husband and I were eating here a couple months ago and had a good experience. At the moment, the place was empty and the customer service was great. On our way out, we inquired about them hosting our rehearsal dinner for our wedding on November 17th. A kind woman led us to their back room that they use for hosting such events. We agreed to it and they wrote our party down in their reservation book. I called back about 4 weeks before the 17th to give final numbers and details. I spoke to someone who was kind, confirmed the reservation and took down notes. The day of our reservation, November 17th, we finished our rehearsal a bit early down the street. I called from where we were rehearsing to see if they could take our group early, but informed them I was just asking and that we were more than happy to wait until our scheduled 7pm reservation time. The gentleman I spoke with said the space wasn’t ready yet because another party was still occupying it. Given this was about 5:30 pm, I didn’t think anything of it and we arrived at 7.Upon arrival, my group of 11 individuals who traveled for our wedding weekend, were informed the area wasn’t ready yet and were ushered to the wall surrounding the busy bar. This was after we saw with our eyes our name written in the reservation book that evening for the back from at 7pm. We waited until about 7:40 or so, and were continuously reassured by staff that we would be seated shortly and that our area would be ready soon.I then saw staff pushing tables together in the main area, not our reserved room. On my way to the table, I asked the host what had happened with our reservation. She replied “a 16 top came in that had it reserved first.” I replied nothing, as it clearly wasn’t going to change the events of the evening. One of the reasons we chose bandanas was because of their extensive gluten free menu when it comes to pasta dishes. My gluten free husband ordered a pasta dish, only to discover that late evening/ early morning the next day- our wedding day- it was not in fact gluten free, as evidenced by his bouts of vomiting and subsequent spurts of inflammation. Our photographer had to strategically pose us the next morning during our first look as he waited for inflammation to decrease. My mother and law and I decided to go down to bandanas the Saturday after the wedding, November 25th, right at opening, to avoid any kind of scene in front of guests. We spoke to a kind hostess who told us that the owner was not there at the moment upon our request, but took down our story. We asked for the owner to contact me, and left my number. The hostess informed us she would text the owner right away. I waited, and waited for that call. Disappointed and feeling disrespected, I made the decision to call bandanas today in hopes to just leave a voicemail or message to pass along to the owner, indicating those feelings. Their number went to voicemail, and their voicemail box indicated it was full.I called later in the evening today, and spoke with the same hostess my mother in law and I had spoken with in person this last Saturday. She was sorry to hear the owner hadn’t reached out and took my message that I cared not to speak with her any longer, and that I was appalled at this kind of customer service, If you even call it that. The hostess informed me that the owner was busy because she was on city council, and offered to get me in contact with the co owner, who worked in the kitchen area. I informed her it was kind of her to offer that, but expressed that if the owner on city council recognized that what occurred was as serious as it truly was, she would have already made contact with her co owner to reach out to me while she herself hopefully worked to reevaluate her professional load and priorities. Not only did bandanas ruin a once in a lifetime evening for my now husband and I, but they potentially put his health at risk by not fulfilling his order properly and avoiding an allergen.

Wow! Authentic Italian food! I am part Italian and grew up eating authentic Italian food made by my mom and grandma -and for those of you who don't know, real Italian food isn't something you can get at Olive Garden, Carrabba's, Maggiano's, Buco, etc. There's nothing wrong with those places- but most Italian restaurants are a watered down version of the real thing. I was just accepting of the fact that the real thing could only come from the kitchens of my family.I've been twice in the past 2 months and have been extremely impressed with everything about this place. Yes, let me say it again- AUTHENTIC Italian food. Amazing flavors, a moderately impressive menu in terms of vastness, incredible desserts, and a cozy and unique environment. I love the atmosphere but didn't expect the walls to be adorned with music icons like Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, etc. It just so happens that music is also my jam so I guess it was the perfect combination for me.I'm not a drinker so I can't comment on the bar selection really, but the aesthetic of the bar is classic, warm, and inviting. Service has been top notch and wait times for everything has been great. So happy to have found this place! Try this place out, you'll be happy you did.
Parking: Side of building and street parking- limited but adequate.

Spaghetti-western done right! Bandanas Italian Eatery is truly a hidden gem in this small town. It's a family-owned and operated restaurant with a touch of authenticity that's hard to find.Lulu, our server, made us feel right at home, and her sister's cheesecake, made from their grandmother's original Queens recipe, was a sweet delight that brought back memories of classic Italian desserts. From their appetizers and side salads to their signature Cajun pasta dish and their house-made sweet tea, every bite was a burst of flavor and quality. My only two critiques would be that the chairs/bench seating aren't the most comfortable and my husband's ravioli was a little lackluster, but those are just minor hiccups.Ultimately, I'd recommend bringing your family and friends to enjoy a taste of the Old West mixed with the charm of authentic Italian cuisine. You're truly missing out if you don't give this place a try!

We walked into a very clean and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant and were greeted by the hostess. She was very nice and after we told her we were ordering out she offered us a seat at the bar and gave us a few menus to go over. While we were looking over the menus the chef came out and greeted us and talk about some local stores and events happening before going over the menu and answering any questions we had he personally took our order and offered us bread and drinks while we waited. After arriving home to enjoy our meal we were nothing but impressed with the flavor of the food and the generous portions. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. If I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to go back and eat again.

Came here to have a good dinner with family. Sat there at the table for 15 minutes. No one came to the table even to get us a drink, yet 4 other tables that came in after us got sat and got drinks before we even got a hello. Decided to leave and the hostess said "Have a good night." Last time also wasnt good as our waitress had more time to take muitiple shots instead of serving us, and we always leave a good tip. So we decided to head over to Primo. Wonder if we did something wrong?
