Broken Barrel Bar & Grill

My husband and I live close and this has become our go-to. We have been several times and have never had bad food or bad service. The burgers are absolutely delicious(we’ve tried most of them), the “balls” are fantastic (we’ve tried all of them). The staff is friendly and attentive. We definitely recommend it.

Broken Barrel is so incompetent. Placed an online order on my very limited lunch break. wanted to try a new spot.. upon arriving they tell me THEY DONT HAVE ONLINE ORDERING. I proceed to show then my email AND payment confirmation ($20 for some loaded fries. should have been 1st red flag) so to wrap my story up... NO FOOD FOR ME TODAY. Thank you so much!!!

We're from out of town and stopped in for lunch after my nieces radiation treatment. We were the first customers of the day and was greeted by a smiling face. Our waitress was amazing and fun!! We ordered the Reuben Balls for an appetizer, highly recommend!!! I got the mushroom and Swiss absolutely delicious one if the best I've ever had!! Plus the buns are made in house, everything is made in house. They use local fresh meat, never frozen. Thank you for giving us an awesome dining experience through a personal difficult time. We will be back!! 20 out of 10 highly recommend!!

Fish fry was delicious. Nice bar & Grill vibe. Live music was setting up when we were there 12/6. Pricing is fair and service was excellent. Worth checking out if you haven’t been.

The oven fired flatbread pizza's cheese wasn't even melted. The hamburger patty itself had no char at all. The waitress was sweet and tried her best, but the truth is she interrupted our meal way way too many times with too much talking to the point she was distracting and annoying. But sweet girl. She just stood and stared directly at us the entire meal which was uncomfortable, but I know she was just trying to be proactive. All in all, I wish them well and after some time will try them again, but they need to improve greatly. If you're asking $18 for a burger, and around the same for a personal pizza, it needs to be on point. Disappointing.

The owners were extremely unprofessional during my time at this job. They hired a 19-year-old with no server experience and put her in a leadership role, which created a lot of tension. She was often rude and unapproachable, contributing to a stressful work environment. On top of that, after making a mistake, my hours were unfairly reduced, which was frustrating and demoralizing. One of the owners also frequently belittled the staff when he was stressed, making the workplace even more difficult.
