I placed an order for delivery and did not receive all the items. My husband had to go to the restaurant to pick up the items they forgot to pack. What’s the point of paying for delivery if either way my husband had to go in for pickup? What a waste of money! I was missing 2 drinks. One drink wasn’t available to be purchased so how come they didn’t call me to let me know that? My phone number was on the order. I had to call and that’s when they told me they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. When I called they were very unapologetic and rude. Next, I noticed I was missing Mac and cheese kids meal and chips. They said they remember packing it, but why didn’t they remember to pack my other missing items?! Very unprofessional. We found the kids meal thank God. But the kids drink and Red Bull were nowhere to be found. I called the door dash delivery driver because I thought it was probably left in the car. No answer. I called twice and even sent a text message. Needless to say when my husband came home his meal was very cold. We reheated his food and even then the quality was not good. The nachos I ordered were disgusting and very soggy. We are all very displeased with the food and service. So much so that we are going to contact corporate. At least a gift card or a refund for delivery would’ve been nice since we paid for delivery and even then had to waste gas to drive to the restaurant to pickup the missing items. We will call corporate right away.

Went in at 9:30pm and got sick from these wings. Looked online and apparently a lot of people are reporting being sick from BWW. Will never eat here again. Contacted the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all.

Would not recommend and we came on Sunday right as they opened for the day yesterday. My husband got extremely sick after eating here and we all got some sort of stomach ache a couple hours after eating. My husbands food came out really fast and now we assume it was under cooked, the rest of us waited for our food, our order was missing stuff, cold, and the waitress kept apologizing but it did get old after everything seemed like it was wrong… I don’t think this was entirely her fault but still. I will never bring my family here again after the Food poisoning my husband had.

Ordered what supposedly considered “hot” wings , as I ordered the golden hot sauce on my wings. Come on Bdubs, my grandma could have eaten these wings. They were not even a hint of hot. I’m not sure if someone has messed up your sauces but this was very disappointing…

Disappointing the service isn't better. Emily didnt check on us once throughout our appetizer/meal and never offered refills.
Been here several times and always had the worst experience with the bartenders. Rude to the point of being outright mean. Had one nicer bartender before, but the worst experience with bartenders Ive had are here and with 3 different ones aside from the one decent one. Shady, unfriendly staff. Just now getting around to reviewing, my experiences were months ago by now, but havent been wanting to go back for this reason, even with their great burgers and huge tvs above the bar, props to the cooks.

I can be a bit picky when eating. I try to be polite and never act all mad when things get messed up. Well we get there order food and our waited was constantly checking on us the entire time. I ordered my food and had a few things removed. I'm assuming being football night it was louder than I speak and he didn't hear me. Fine I get it football and all. He brings it out gets everyone set up to enjoy dinner and I noticed a mess up. I politely inform the awesome waiter and without missing a beat gets me taken care of. I appreciate it because that was the best service I've had with any waiter or waitress regarding my food. Overall great dinner spot. But don't like loud stuff probably not your place. Especially football nights.
Kid-friendliness: Had pretty decent selection on the kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed pretty accessible for a wheelchair. Space to get in the doors and around the restaurant.
