I use to love buffalo wild wings but this experience wasn't all that great. The wings were dry. When we got the food the server didn't bring napkins and it's wings so you know their messy. Tried to ask for sauce from others and for napkins but they litterly ignored us. And for the price I could of made them better at home. I did enjoy the tropical margarita though I must say so for a drink it might be the place to go. I can say it was clean at least. But I wouldn't take my queen and I back there again...

Ordered $65 worth of food. The 15 wings came with no sauce and way over done. barely a y meat on the bone. since this was a delivery thru grub hub nobody wanted to take responsibility for the terrible food.

Came in for dinner my daughter wanted to come here for her birthday we came in got seated took about 20 minutes for a server to come over and take our order the waiter was very nice we placed our order then about 20 minutes later the kids x2 Chicken nuggets and fries came out then about 15 minutes later our appetizer came out and i sat and waited 32 minutes and they never brought my meal out and 10 more minutes went by I got fed up and told the waiter to cancel my meal and give me the check the service is awful at this resturatunt and the bathroom was horrid really dissapointed in the entire experience.
Bar tender was nice but the wings were vary over cooked and dry and not painted up vary well. Neither were the guy that was sitting next to me that I was just chatting with. And he's wings came out before mine and I ordered 1st. I used to come here all the time but the way they cook stuff is just not that well anymore. Beer was good. The wings not so much unfortunately. Just an honest opinion. Not a complaint or trying to dog the place. Just honesty.

Deandre that works at the one in Middletown took the time to find my order. At first when I called I told them I had a credit and they could not find it at all he took the time to ask for my name and couldn’t find it long story short this worker stayed calm and help me find the order and we found it after about 10 min but we got it together so this worker is a true hard worker GOOD JOB SIR ON HELPING FIND OUR ORDER YOUR A GOOD GUY YOU EVER HAVE ANY PLUMBING ISSUES GIVE ME A CALL MY NAME IS Christopher Bullock AND I OWN BULLOCK PLUMBING AND RESTORATION THANK YOU

The food was prepared nicely but was a bit cold. Our service was very nice and polite. I think our server was overwhelmed or something because we had to ask for so many things to get our food to go. I tipped 20 percent because she worked hard.
