I usually dont post negative, but leaving with the problem not taken care it should be addressed. First it took 20 mins to get a waitress, but the worst part was I never got my food and when asked, I got the remark that if i havent got it, then it must not be ready. I asked for a manager and another lady brought out my food (another 15mins went be before she came) and it was cold. Then we got no further service from any one. I will never be back to this place cause of the rudeness of staff and very poor service.

I usually come around 2-4 once a week at random days. Athena (like the goddess) is a great bartender, is so kind and will take very good care of you! Bianca is very nice , engaging and a good server!! Food has been great!( I usually get loaded birddawgs) I got tater tots one time and they made it how ever I wanted!!!I added buffalo sauce and blue cheese and it was not a hassle at all and the kitchen did it very tastefully, 3 stars on atmosphere cause it’s just a chain!

If i could give no stars i would. Unfortunately google makesMe choose one. They don’t have a hostess and ask you to seat yourself. Only for you to never be acknowledged. They will walk past you continuously and act as if you are not there. They are not even busy… tables are filthy menus are dirty. Drive to Lebanon, avoid this place.

The young lady with brown hair and glasses that hands out the online orders this morning was so nice and thoughtful. She really connected with me even when there was no need, I enjoyed that very much. I hate that I didn’t get her name, but she had on black crocs as well.

The meals were 75 dollars for 3 people..server was indeed enough to notice that I wanted the only thing on the side menu that wasn't included in my meal and came back and asked if I wanted to pay extra for the substitute however forgot my fries ..which is ok bc they would have gone to waste

Marcus The Manager has a REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. I tried to order online yesterday (I wanted my points) but I didn't see the Thursday Boneless Wings Special....so I called to the restaurant and told the lady the trouble I was having she said "Don't worry" ..." You'll see it add the free wings at the end of check out" So I tried it again and got scared. I didn't want it to go through w/ o me seeing the free wing special... So anyway I got dressed went to the restaurant I had my 17 yr. Old son with me. The lady at the counter took my order 10 garlic Parm wet, ( Those I wanted especially for me) and 3 other sauces... I got the wing special. Well the lady never asked for my rewards number so once I realized it I went up to her and asked for her to put it on she said you can do it through the app using the bar code I guess. I never done that before b/c I either order on line or come in and that's usually the 1st thing they ask me for is my rewards number...or if I'm a member. But anyway we tried to do it online it wouldn't work then I told her about the mishap I had prior and why I even came to the restaurant so she said I don't see it either ( the wing special) and it's not adding your number for the order let me get my manager. He comes out I explained everything ...I told him I already ordered ( food is in front of me on the counter) and the app is not letting us add the points....i pointed to the girl that she was even trying to help me...ect....while I'm explaining he's nodding his head vigorously constantly saying ' ok, ok ok ok,...cutting me off in mid sentence. So I stop talking and looked at him and asked are you doing alright?...b/c you keep nodding your head and saying okay and it's kind of rude and a little weird . Take a deep breath calm down and just listen to me ....He nodded his head again and said ok, ok, I told him just calm down abit...he's nodded his head and said okay again so I continued with showing him that all I wanted was points added and then he interrupted me again and said with a attitude, ok, are you trying to.place a order.... I said never mind. You keep cutting me off saying ok and I already told you sir I ordered my food .now it's cold...he just walks away from me and says in front of everyone " Have a Nice Day" Everyone, my son, the two ladies at the counter ( shook Thier heads), all the customers eating, and the ones up at the counter that was picking up Thier order seen it and heard it and watched him walk away like I did something wrong...it was embarrassing. My son asked me " Mom do you want to check your order" by that time I just wanted to get out of there. I got home and my 10 garlic Parm looked like plain wings... I just fed the kids and went to bed. I don't see how I can put a picture on here otherwise I'll show you guys. It was horrible.? And on top of all that it cost more by going in than me being able to do it online. I asked the lady why is the price different it's more, she told me that b/ c I came in it's like a service fee. ALL this trouble when All I wanted to do was order on line get my points in the 1st place and couldn't.

Ash provided good service and the Triple Bacon Burger was real tasty however; the fries came out cold & limp. It had been a long time since they saw a deep fryer. My wife got boneless wings and they also had been prepared long before we got them—- almost room temperature. If I was the kitchen lead person I would be ashamed to send these items out!

Would really like to give a 0 star review. Pretzel were definitely microwaved and still cold. Server did remove from our bill though. Can tell they're definitely understaffed server did check on us a few times and my food came out 15 minutes after my sons and husband food so they were almost done eating by the time I could start. My biggest complaint after I payed my bill and still tipped well over 20% I check my bank statement the next day someone took it upon themselves to charge an extra $20 to my card. Called the manager Marcus he said he would look into it and call me later. When he called back he said the 20 should fall off my account later it wasn't showing it on his end. They definitely lost our business.

I love bdubs. This location is alright. Service seemed slow. When I would sit at the bar by myself the bartender seemed more intrested in other patrons. Be nice to know ahead of time if out of a certain beer/cider. But still a lively atmosphere.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Service is provide through your mobile device. Sure, someone may bring you a drink and your food, but everything else is expected to be completed by your phone. Sat ourselves, sat there for 15 minutes before we said I guess we do it ourselves through the phone. 10 minutes after that someone came over and said they still need to get our drink order from us because they can’t see it. Which makes me wonder why I am ordering via my phone then…. Either way, do your self a favor and stay home to eat. The food will be better, hotter, cheaper, and obviously you can only count on yourself for good customer service, not this place. It’s a shame google doesn’t allow zero star reviews.

Manager has a terrible attitude. We placed an online order for 30 wings and chose two sauces, spicy garlic and mild. We picked our order up and got home and we had received 12 Parmesan garlic and 15 spicy garlic. We decided to call because this is the second time we have received the wrong order. We were directed to the manager and the manager got on the phone and said what’s wrong with the order. I explained. She tried to tell me that I ordered spicy garlic with mild on the side. Which I did not and explained again what I ordered. She talked over me and said that is what I ordered. I said regardless I didn’t get that either. Instead of trying to fix the situation she had an attitude and was confrontational. She finally said bring them in and we will remake them. I did not do this because I did not want to deal with her attitude or wait any longer to feed my family.
