Stopped after work on 11/9/2025 @ 5:47 pm. Ordered thru drive thru 4 whopper juniors and 2 chicken fries. Paid $18.92, after initial charge was $25.00 and I had objected. Got home(a 45 minute drive) and I had 4 whopper Jr's and 2 chicken fries but was charged extra for a cheeseburger and a 8 piece chicken nugget that I did not order nor did I receive. Someone working there have dinner on me? This is theft

They serve raw food. I even ordered my food well done and it was raw. I GUESS THEY THINK ITS FUNNY IF YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD WELL DONE TO SERVE IT TO YOU RAW. Consuming raw food can make you sick. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

It was terrible. I ordered food and waited over 45 minutes, only to never receive my food. They were not busy. I would have waited longer, I'm a patient person, but they were blasting Fox News in the dining room and it was just blaring hate speech. It took forever to get a refund also. I'm not the only person who was angry with the wait AND the fox news. Awful place. I will never go again and I'll be letting my friends and family not to go either.

Drive thru at 2am the worst food I've ever had. Whooper was cold and a mess, jalapeno bites hard and cold, took 1 bite and had to throw it away. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY....I'm never going back.

I had avoided going here for almost 3 years because I heard such bad things. Why did I wait?!? The food and service is always great! And they're open anytime you have a craving!

My whopper was barely cooked and barely warm, I threw away my food I called them and told them I was not wanting more food or even my money back I simply didn’t want the next customer to have the same experience as me and waste their money like I feel, I guess I said it twice and the girl who said she was the manager snapped at me (SIR I JUST SAID I BEEN DOING INTERVIEWS ALL DAY!! ) so if you are reading this do not waste your money , if the owner of the Burger King in Middletown reads this I would appreciate a reply,

One car in drive in drive thru when we arrived. Placed order, was repeated back correct, asked for my name. Get to the window, refuses to take my card because their quotas are more important than efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sat there for at least 6 mins waiting. Finally pay, next window drinks handed to me, sat and waited for another 4-5 minutes. Got the name wrong and the order. Handed the food back, girl said my own name was wrong and the food is correct, when it clearly is not. Another 2 mins, hands bag back, okay your food is in there now. ENTIRE order is still wrong minus hashbrowns, fried in very old grease. Sick and tired.

I JUST LEFT BURGER KING IN MIDDLETOWN OHIO IF I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO I WOULD. I GOT 2 FISH THEY LOOKED SO BAD I WANTED THEM RE MADE. SO THEY WERE TREATING ME LIKE THEY PAID FOR IT. SO WHEN I PULLED AROUND TO WAIT I WENT INSIDE THEY GOT SANDWICHES PRE MADE SITTING UNDER THE HEATER SO YOUR FOOD WILL NOT BE FRESH. BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE DO NOT EAT THERE ON THIS LATE NIGHT SHIFT.

Very unprofessional establishment. Red haired manager isn't any better than some of her employees. Tried serving me frozen in the middle sausage and when I wanted a refund, tried refusing me in every rude way possible and then called cops and lied and said I hit her. Stay away from this negativity
