I wanted to just relax and enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant but to do so I had to endure vicious, lying propaganda from their TV that couldn't be changed or even reduce the volume. You shouldn't have to be subjected to indoctrination to dine at BK

I JUST LEFT BURGER KING IN MIDDLETOWN OHIO IF I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO I WOULD. I GOT 2 FISH THEY LOOKED SO BAD I WANTED THEM RE MADE. SO THEY WERE TREATING ME LIKE THEY PAID FOR IT. SO WHEN I PULLED AROUND TO WAIT I WENT INSIDE THEY GOT SANDWICHES PRE MADE SITTING UNDER THE HEATER SO YOUR FOOD WILL NOT BE FRESH. BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE DO NOT EAT THERE ON THIS LATE NIGHT SHIFT.

Very unprofessional establishment. Red haired manager isn't any better than some of her employees. Tried serving me frozen in the middle sausage and when I wanted a refund, tried refusing me in every rude way possible and then called cops and lied and said I hit her. Stay away from this negativity

The short girl with glasses that always is working front counter on night shift is always very rude and short with customers. I am a regular and every time I am helped by her it makes me not want to come back. And this last time I asked for sauce but I was asked to pull around. No big deal. They bring my food out but forgot the sauce, whatever I go in and ask and I get told it’s in the bottom of the bag and when I said it’s not the lady I mentioned before again just gives me a dirty look and says well that makes four sauces. So insinuating I’m lying over a condiment and also why would she care if I asked for another sauce. I will only go here if everything else is closed. 0/10

Their hours are never right. Shouldn't say you're open until 4am if you're not actually going to be, it's only 11pm:( this has happened on multiple occasions and it's very frustrating.
There's been several occasions where the drive thru employees have been rude and rushing us as we order as well. I can only recall one time where the employee has given good customer service (aka just taking the order, i don't expect over the top service because i know they aren't getting paid enough. on that note, there's also no excuse to be rude.)

The restaurant is DISGUSTING, the bathrooms, tables, dining area are all beyond filthy. It’s slow, no long line, workers just standing around on their phones and no one cleaning any of the messes covering every surface.

It's all just a symptom of bad leadership. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves and they need to get their stuff together. This is unacceptable especially when you're trying to run a business. You sir need to take a good look at yourself I went up there December 11th around 2:50 a.m. because I usually work third shift. That's my schedule. I ordered a Whopper and a few other things but for the Whopper half the hamburger patty was missing and broken in three pieces. I was a little afraid to eat it cuz it looked like it was just manhandled hey dude, if you're reading this, whoever made this sandwich why did you get a job at Burger King, if you don't like your job then find something else improve your situation doesn't give you the right to destroy people's food because you're angry at yourself This damn sandwich was eight bucks I don't know who you are but you owe me $8
