We went this Captain d and we thought we will tried the new fried oysters and we got them took them to car the odor off them was horrible. I took them back in and said I would like a refund for 8 dollars and they said you have to call corporate which I did and still didn't get a response from them this is pathetic for eight dollars.DO NOT GET THE FRIED OYSTERS!!! They were rude and unfriendly.

First time here at this location and got a 4 piece chicken tenders. I love captain ds fish but wanted chicken tonight. I got home and to my surprise I found 2 or 3 black hairs on my chicken and was disappointed. I was hungry and don’t waste food so I ate it anyways. The food and sides were good, just wear hairnets please.

Sad excuse for a restaurant. They treat lifelong customers like trash. When this run down restaurant has become the trash. Definitely drive past and hit the chicken and fish restaurant just a few doors down.

It was a bad experience! We placed an online order and when we picked it up, we had several items missing. I had to go back for our cheesecake and when I said we didn't get our macaroni and cheeses, I was told they replaced them with fries. (They didn't because we had very little fries.) It was aggravating because they didn't say anything when I first went inside to get the order (only when I went BACK because they didn't give us our cheesecakes) that they didn't even have macaroni and cheese. Ridiculous and NOT worth the money we spent. Captain D's...ha. This location is more like Captain F's.

Clean restaurant. Fish good but service poor. Talked to each other instead of helping customers. Order was wrong and argued that it was right. Then they figured out we were right. Didn't give us our drink cups we had to reach over the counter ourselves.

I absolutely love this place’s food, don’t get me wrong there. But DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH. I was in that line for 23 minutes, 17 of which were at the window. Wasn’t even acknowledged. The young man who finally did come help me did apologize several times, but for that abysmal situation, an apology doesn’t quite cut it. They also managed to mess up my order. Absolutely pathetic. I understand they could have been short-staffed, but please at least learn what customer service means. At least acknowledge the customer and don’t mess up their order.
