Online buyers beware. On Nov. 4th we ordered 2 grilled whitefish dinners. We paid online with a credit card. When my husband went to pick up our order he was told their grill was down and they couldn't make our food. He asked for a refund and was told they couldn't issue a refund and he had to call corpoate. It is now Nov. 14th and after several calls we have still not been issued a refund. Corpoate does not answer. Customer service just fills out a form. The district manager does not return calls. The second manager of the restaurant is just rude. I could hear her on the phone with my husband from the other room. We are now going to call the Ohio Attorney General and file a report. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely inhumane for a MANAGER to refuse a deivethrough pickup or NO REFUND and force an active chemo patient with ZERO immune system ZERO protection, in the pouring rain with shorts a t shirt and barefoot, either no mask LEAVING MY SERVICE DOG in the car which I cannot be without. The front worker ignored and continued to snicker and text as the manager mocked and proceeded to make fun of me and my order as I visibly shook and attempted to hold my shirt over my face so I do not catch any sort of airborne illness.Years I and my family have always drive-through pickup any order whether it be call in, door dash or ubereats. I had litterally just hopped in the car and decided to go as I have done for years, not thinking they'd do anything like this.100% going to district manager and corperate as they'll be able to pull the footage easily.

I am appalled at the customer service. The same employee that we passed coming in as he was going out came back in and went in the back. We waited at the counter for about 8 minutes before someone said, “it would be a bit.” Then after she asked where everyone was the cook said in the back. The same guy that passed us twice already came back up after they found him and when my boyfriend proceeded to tell him his order he cut my boyfriend off and yelled at the lady working the window that she should learn to do 1 order at a time. Are we serious???? I have been a manager and head of customer service and my current job is customer service. Y’all are not winning at this place. I will not be back

This place is a joke now. I don’t how many times I’ve gone through the drive thru and there machines are down or they are out of something. You wait in line way too long just to be told something’s wrong. I was waiting in like just now and the lady taking the guys order was rude. I get not liking your job but at that point just go some place else. I pulled out after I was told something was out. A few days prior I was told machines were down. Yeah man get it together guys.

$21 later, 2 pieces of fish, 1 plain bun, 1 fry and 1 cole slaw……only one in the drive thru so not busy…. Someone pulled up and ran inside to the back twice….maybe you should just lock the doors if you can’t serve customers the way they should be… never again!
