We ordered pizza and it was cold when we picked up and they forgot our chips and 2 20oz pops we ordered
while sitting waiting in our dinner someone was cursing so loudly from the back that we could easily hear her. it wasn't the small curse words but the big f-bomb and m-fer. very unprofessional
I ordered three party size pizzas from the Trenton location for a graduation party my sister and I were hosting. We found out the next day from a few family members that the pizzas were not fully cooked and were doughy to the point of being inedible. My sister contacted Cassano’s and spoke with the district manager’s boss. He proceeded to tell her we should have brought the pizzas back and because we didn’t there was nothing he could do about it.
