Perfect pizza. I hadn't ever had a peperoni pizza that came out cut like this one did but I loved it. Fountain machine had different flavor injectors which I think is pretty cool.

Never had a bad experience until tonight. I placed an online order was quoted 15 min pickup got there 15 min turned into 40 min just to get home and pizza was ice cold and toppings were stuck to lid both of which has never happened before so I called back and the best they could do was a $12 credit on my $38 order to use on my next visit as if I will be back. Poor food and poor customer service.

Delivery. Not like it normally is. Crust is not the same! Cheese pizza barely has ANY cheese on it. Not satisfied which is surprising. This is usually my favorite pizza.

Love the newly remodeled Verity Pkwy location. It looks much more inviting and clean inside. The bathroom was clean as well. The food was delish! I love the Vic's Big Cheese with green olives. It is the best! The staff was super nice and helpful, which made our visit more pleasant. I do also like the new drive thru. It is so convenient.
Parking: Parking is limited and a bit awkward.

Call in order wasn't ready even giving them and hour. The hoagie was not even heated up completely made wrong! The call center is a joke called them back and Basically blew me off! I will never order from them again! I will tell everyone I know never to give them any business!
