The employees are so friendly and courteous. I felt like with each encounter with an employee, they were giving me their complete attention and genuinely cared about what my concern was. The place is so clean, and each time, my food is delivered quickly.

Tonight I made a mobile pick up from this location since it was on our way. We got there at 3:48pm saw the line was pretty long but figured “hey it’s CHICK FIL A it’ll take no time at all!” If only past me knew what I know now. 30 minutes later and we receive our lukewarm food. 30 literal minutes. Halfway through I started thinking I died and had gone to hell especially when I was still a good 6 feet from the intercom and the girl working it keeps saying “hello? Hello? Hello?” All While the line hadn’t moved up lol. Seriously the most looney tunes-like experience I’ve ever had (topping McDonald’s which seriously says something) Definitely will be avoiding this location like the plague as it’s clear they do not have whatever fil a magic every other location has mastered.

A recent addition to the OH-122 and I-75 interchange. Food was on par with other locations. Service was swift, cheerful, and precise. The fresh flowers at the tables were nice, but the place needs sound deadening, it's kinda loud.

The food was incredible like always but this is the first Chick-fil-A I've ever been to that only had one lane it looks like there is to but then they make you merge into one and no one cares about you trying to get over so then you're stuck in a line waiting for someone to care that you need to get to the window too it was poorly put together and for having kids in the car a long way is not ideal they took my order and I paid for the food within seconds but we sat in that line for 15 minutes just to get our turn in the window

Combo meal was good. The thing I like most here is their sauce.
I sincerely hope this location can get up to par, but it’s best to avoid in the meantime. I placed a pick up order, waited the amount of time it said it would take and went in. I proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes inside, for two 8 piece nugget meals. The girl who greeted me was sweet, but easily distracted by other employees, as they all were. Every single employee working within eyesight was intent on their very personal conversations with each other instead of the customers piling up wondering what’s taking so long, especially when it says on the screen that your order is ready to go. There is no attention to the small details, so don’t forget to remind them about your drink also if you get a pick up from the inside. The restaurant is clean and nice on the inside, it’ll be a fantastic location when their staff is properly trained.
