This chipotle is so unprofessional. every time I go to Middletown chipotle I always have a bad experience. Workers are rude and they never have all the options. They visibly get mad when you want to wait for what you want . Itās upsetting. Do better

I love, chipotle, however, this location specifically consists of the following: poor customer service, dining area, always dirty/messy, staff are rude and standoffish, and when I order on the app and pick up through the drive-through, they consistently āforgetā items. It has happened a couple times where I pull away check my bag and have to go back for items they missed. Today they missed one of my sides and I went back and they said they donāt have it and that they werenāt going to make any more of that evening.
Again, I canāt stress enough how much I typically love chipotleā¦ Just this location is awful.

I get theyre underpaid but I'm not writing the checks so dont take it out on me. Zero adherence to servsafe principles. Have you ever seen burnt refried beans? Me either, until today.

Just wow. We went inside and the dude that put our food together was comoletely zoned out and didn't listen at all. My wife asked for a tiny bit of sour cream and guacamole on her tacos and he threw on huge scoops of each. The tacos were 5% meat and 95% smooshy mess. I asked for a small bit of tomatillo sauce on my bowl and he threw so much on there it was basically a tomatillo bowl with a tiny bit of chicken and tiny bit of beans. We started wondering if we were in the middle of a Chipotle employee training video of what NOT to do. If I could I'd give zero or negative stars. Won't ever go back.

The spilled hot water on me while changing food pan, my shorts were all wet and hot, got burn on my leg, yet she didn't care to apologize. I had to insist to talk to her before I made my payment. She was so rude and told me that is why they have a glass to protect. The worst place ever

One of the worst chipotles Iāve ever been too they are more worried about talking and playing around than doing their job. This location is constantly out of everything. No leadership at all they always have the music blaring so loud where you have to scream your order and itās never clean. Itās always a messā¦But what do you expect when you just leave kids in charge

Ordered ahead, arrived 2 minutes before expected time and then waited 25 minutes for my food. One meal was not edible as the meat was not cooked as shown in the photo. I tried several time to call but the line seems to be disconnected or something. May rethink the chipotle option or at least the Middletown store.
