Was excited to try this location as its much closer to home and man do I wish I looked at reviews before going. They were completely out of white rice at 6:30 pm and the regular steak was put and needed to be cut. Considering how many employees were in there i would of expected them to full fully stocked considering it was dinner time. Was also excited for a fountain coke and it was also all out as well as other pops. Don't waste your money here and either got to the monroe location or Franklin.

Went at 6pm and the place was a mess. Trash cans were overflowing, tables not clean and work counter was disgusting! Staff seemed almost rude, slopped food into bowls with no interaction. They were out of chicken-how does that happen?? Ended up getting a veggie bowl tobtake home, which was good

Leaving the parking lot as we speak on a Sunday @ 6:45 pm as we walked in our family of 4 we weren’t even greeted professionally it was “we are out of white rice is that what your wanting” we all stated yes and they advised us it would be 15 minutes As the staff is walking around eating chipotle bowls 😂 we sit down and wait and 5 minutes later after they had a group discussion amongst themselves as they were looking at us one of the staff approached us saying the guy put to much water in the rice and it is mooshy and it would now be 30 minutes would we want brown rice instead. We left not only is this establishment unprofessional, unprepared, with every staff member standing around hanging out, trash cans are overflowing and the place was filthy!! Chipotle DO BETTER! In the last year this location has declined from 5⭐️ to 0⭐️ we are now driving to the Franklin Location!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Horrible place. They were out of stuff which I understand happens but dont keep trying to scrape the crusty stuff off the sides of an empty container to give someone. The place was absolutely disgusting, dishes everywhere food everywhere and they weren't busy WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE (which now makes sense). The customer service was lacking to say the very least. Just an all around horrible experience. Go to any other Chipotle is my recommendation.

Saw terrible reviews. “Can’t be worse than chipotle in union center.” Thought I. Took my chances. Great experience. Employees chipper. Probably 5 or 6 employees get’n it done. Was very relived and satisfied. Burrito was so stacked it could stand on its own.

All 4 people on shift November 13th, 2025 at around 8:50pm need better management immediately. Restaurant was demolished, Drink machines empty and dry looking, Food was everywhere, like 1.5 people were working. Some dude was just pacing back and forth shooting it with the 2 ladies in the back. Whoever is managing this restaurant is doing a poor job.
The lady closed my to go meal and then proceeded to just walk off without checking me out. I'm just standing there while they all casually chit chat until I call and ask to be checked out, they all look at me confused. Then the guy at the front of the assembly line has to remove his gloves to come check me out instead of the 3 idle and closer people. Never will go back.
