All around great place! The food was on point. We got the pulled pork sliders with Mac and cheese and jalapeno cornbread. The woman taking orders was very pleasant and extremely helpful. It's a small mom and pop place with a few tables inside and outside. The decor was great lots to see very nostalgic.

We stopped by on a day trip with my wife saying she wasn't really hungry. After finishing her sandwich she said it's the best pilled pork she has had. The sides were great and my smoked leg quarters were done perfectly. I only wish it was closer.

Ordered the pulled pork with Mac and cheese and baked beans. The pulled pork was served with the BBQ sauce on the side, and if the sauce wasn't so good I probably wouldn't have even used it as perfect as he pulled pork was cooked. Mac and cheese was also really good. Nice and flavorful. Definitely will be back here any time I'm in the area.

Welp I do like the fact that it’s laid back and chill. A cozy little spot next to a nice bar. But if I’m going to be honest the brisket was tender but flavorless. It tasted like you know how when folks want to cook fast on a grill so they boil first. Big no no when smoking but hey🤷🏽♀️. But it was tender I will mention again. The rib was okay just the top part was super leathery it had also been boiled before cooking on the smoker. I didn’t see a smoke ring nor did I get the smoke flavor. Was a 3 out of ten for me. Did not have everything on the menu available so try to get there early. Baked beans was tasty but the slaw was dry in my opinion. Better than that one on university though.

Great Atmosphere.
Very cool vibe.
Drove a hour just for them to basically have nothing would not recommend wasting your time driving far for nothing
Do not arrive late in the day. On a Saturday night at 7pm (they're open until 9pm), we were told that they were out of most meat selections and some of the sides. I ordered a half slab of ribs, but was later told the amount they had left did not equal a full half slab. That which was served to me was very dry. I also ordered some wings, but they, too, were dry and overcooked. The flavors of the dry meats was good, but the texture due to being to dry was not. Not impressed from this experience.
Makes me glad I forgot my lunch. Only bad thig is the portions are too big. Now i get to be a zombie for an hr. Great food. Nice staff. Will definitely be back.

Definitely not a fan of their food. Have tried a few times but same results. Neat inside but won’t recommend to my enemy.
Guaranteed you will not bet better BBQ than here! The BBQ nachos are amazing!
Hometown classic, and best BBQ in town. Nice classic atmosphere, and the service is amazing in Combs! I got the BBQ Brisket Sandwich with green beans and mac n cheese. Every bite of it was amazing. Can't wait to spot in again!!
Some of the best barbecue I've ever had. I barely had to chew because it was so tender. The inside is full of collectibles from days past. I enjoyed looking at them all while we dined.
Great BBQ sandwiches & pleasant personnel!!
