Cousin Vinny’s is my preferred go to pizza after a long day and needing something fast. But this time around it’s was none of that . I placed the order and had an hour wait time. Not a problem, but once the hour paced I tried to call to check up on things and make sure they didn’t deliver to the wrong address. First call I was told to hold (no problem) the problem started when I got hung up on. Then the second phone call I was told to hold again. I waited 30 minutes on hold heard the phone get picked up just to get hung up on again . Now they won’t even tell me to hold it’s just an instant hang up . I waited 2 hours for my pizza. Who ever works the phones has terrible customer service . I’m never gonna order again . Lost my business .

Woke up at 2:00 a.m.. I was having issues with blood glucose getting low. Then decided to order a pizza. I got the Meaty Hawaiian Pizza. It was hand tossed and fired. I have never had a pizza dough like this! It tasted so delicious. Definitely will be purchasing again ❤️

To me the food is pretty good , I love the wings and the pepperoni pizza , and the pick up prices are the best I’ve paid in my area. Just my opinion.

Years ago the pizza used to be very greasy, not the best. But now, we love ordering here. We love the garlic butter.. thats the best part. But they have definitely made it worth it. Plus it's very affordable and stays open late! Highly recommend. They're atmosphere deserves a little freshen up only reason they got 4 stars on that!

I love this place. I order it 2-3 times a week for the last 3 years. Food is awesome and the staff inside are always nice to me. I order it to be picked up because the price is so much lower that way. They have pickup specials that can't really be beat. 3 topping large pizza for $10 is impossible to beat when the food tastes so good.

Ordered takeout on 01/07 at 4:15 pm online. No indication online that they were closed today and my card was charged for the order. My fiance got there to pick it up - store was closed, phone wasn't being answered, door locked and lights off with no sign noting this closure. Online ordering was available. Calling tomorrow to get a refund on a $40 order - the lack of disabling your ordering systems to reflect your closure is misleading to customers.

Has the worst customer service ever hangs up on u when the system is down dont even talk to u trying to get a refund dont know who's working at this time but they need to be trained better it is 8 11 on October 24th this is not how u handle things
My husband and I ordered after midnight. Our order was ready before the promised time. The order was correct. When we picked up our order the gentleman was extremely nice. You definitely can’t beat the price!!!

Today I couldn’t order on the website for some reason… I called the store and was greeted by the nicest, sweetest voice!! He allowed me to order over the phone and still helped me with the online deal. I went to the store to pick up 10 pizzas for the youth group and the same guy helped me take the pizzas to my car. He shook my hand and introduced himself. Attila the new manager is the best!! I’ll continue to go back for our youth group meals!! All the kiddos said the pizza was the best they’ve had!! Thanks so much Attila and team

The only place that will ever deliver to our house. The pizza is delicious and we never care how long it takes. My mouth is watering just thinking about the cheese sticks. Definitely worth the money and ALWAYS worth the wait.
The only thing that makes me sad is that they don’t open until 4pm. Because it’s 1:30pm right now and I’m CRAVING some cousin V’s. ❤️❤️❤️

The food was good awful!!!! Not to mention way too expensive as well!!!! The sauceon the pizza had a really weird taste to itand was a greasy hard to chew mess and so were the bread sticks!!! I will never again order from Cousin Vinny's!!! Such a waste of money!!!
