I am not Happy at ALL the manager was not accommodating at ALL. I understand policy however my family and I order from Domino's on Roosevelt a lot, ALot and I was 39 cents short for just one ranch- they are 69cents.....he would not budge even though I said please I order here ALL the Time - He STILL said NO. I guess I wasnt the right color.... I know he's doing his job however would I be doing my job as a customer if I posted on social media or did a review for EVERY TIME THAT place has gotten my order WRONG?? Half of the time I don't just because I want to support the neighborhood businesses in which Ive been living in for over 5 years. This is me placing my 1st bad review. I burned my food I cooked for my family bc of a oven malfunction - the holiday is coming up- don't know what I'm going to do- I'm tired from working 10 hrs TODAY and I still have to pick my husband up from work. To add salt to this whole injury my pizza is dry , Im missing my sausage, and there is no garlic butter on my crust ..dry crust....I FEEL like I can't call bc I don't want them to think that I'm trying to get something for free or complain just bc he didn't give me ranch cup. It's the principal. You don't KNOW what people go through just one nice gesture could mean a very big blessing for you. I have given $100 tips for those gestures. Please retrain your managers on having discernment.

Food is always amazing except when always having to take my pizza back everytime I order cause it's always made wrong I always do extra sauce and pepperoni with light cheese cause it makes me sick if I eat to much BUT ALWAYS GET EXTRA CHEESE or if I do extra sauce with no cheese to light I get the opposite it's light sauce with extra cheese I don't get why it's everytime

We ordered our pizzas and I thought for sure we hit delivery so I called after 40 mins kids were starving the Kayla w or Kyla w im so sorry cant remember was so sweet and very understanding said she would remake our order since it got cold we paid delivery fee 30 mins later I call again he was out for deliever soon a knock we were so hungry. When I tell you they go above and beyond for there customers even for my own mistake Kayla w or Kyla w she actually refunded our whole bill. I was shocked and so full of thankfulness if we had more cash on hand wed have tipped that awesome drive so much more we plan on coming back to tip more we had like no cash.
Kayla is awesome and super sweet and friendly, I ordered a delivery and messed up on one of the pizzas so she fixed it for me. Super convenient that she was so kind, plus the food is always so good at this location!
Ordered a build your own hoagie for delivery today. Steak, pepperoni, pizza sauce, ranch, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, onion, and light banana pepper. Paid extra to get the toppings I wanted. There was only 2 pepperoni on the WHOLE sandwich, I asked for normal not extra light. There was also barely any onion at all when I definitely wanted normal onion too. At least the banana pepper was light like I asked. The sauces were good. I was really upset my sandwich was delivered RIPPED in half, not cut, RIPPED. It made it look man handled and sloppy. It made the whole thing messier than it needed to be. I wanted it left whole. If I wanted to cut it I’d do it myself. Definitely disappointed for the price I paid.

If you can, order from the ROOSEVELT store, NOT Verity! ROOSEVELT knows what extra cheese, and extra sauce means!! The pizza is pretty much perfect! Please keep up the GREAT work!!
So I order constantly from this business and not one time has my address never been found. Get a call while we are busy an a text about address not correct and we order online at least twice a week. I call the store to try an tell them I’ve double checked my address online and while I’m on the phone with the lady I said I’m looking at it now an she responds with an unneeded attitude in the middle of me talking an says oh yeah well I’m looking at it too and it’s wrong.. ummm ok I’m just trying to get this fixed there’s no need for the attitude. So now we are in a heated discussion I ask for corporate number or something I get met with a very smart laughing response we are a franchise and I’m the manager.. k cool that’s great so who can you give me to complain too then I guess according to her I have to complain about her directly to her. Then she slips an says she’s will pass my complaint to her general manager oh so there is a person you could let me contact guess nowadays when you have an issue somewhere it’s not allowed to talk to someone to make a formal complaint.. good way to lose very very good and usual customers. Thanks dominos good way too drop the ball.

Generic low quality pizza. Cheaper then most pizza places around, but it is pretty down there in terms of quality food. If you want good pizza look elsewhere.
