Sent a burnt pizza. Offered a replacement and sent an even worse burnt pizza. Brought it back to the store, took my number so manager could deal with issue, manager never called. Returned a second time, still haven't heard from manager. Company's website doesn't respond to feedback. I'm never spending money at this place again.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for my pizza and then I call the “manager” I believe and she tells me they don’t have cold food then the pizza shows up the pizza is all upside down in the box and also cold

This is a nice little donatos with top notch employees, no beverage machine, but they have bottles at least. Hot pizza with the quickness! 🍕 Founders Favorite is never a bad choice!

My favorite place to go. My last visit I had put in a order for a pizza and picked it up at pick up time and it was so cold 😞
Placed order online. No issues. Delivery time=8:02 pm. Call at 8:22 pm and told 5 minutes. Call back at 8:30 and a rude trans girl said my wife was lying and it’s not her fault they are busy. Young man, that is what companies want. He / she hung up on me after I said are you serious.

Not liking that my salad is getting less and less meats every time I order here. This is a family salad for 10 people with only enough meat for 2 people. Just sad

Finally!! New Manager Larry has turned this place around!! Pizza finally tastes like a Donatos pizza should!! Store is clean and calm, my last 3 visits, pizzas were ready with plates, napkins and they were delicious! Thanks Larry, you made our New Year game day even better!!
