I use to absolutely LOVE Donatos, it was my go to, but not anymore. Not only was my pizza over a half hour late.... It was cold, undercooked, and it was cut like a jigsaw puzzle. Money has been extremely tight for awhile now so this is very upsetting to me. I shouldn't have to pay for a pizza that I can't eat. I had to pitch it because I'm staying in a hotel right now and I don't have an oven..... This is so messed up because now it's closed. Looks like my elderly mother and I will be going to bed hungry! THANKS DONATOS FOR ALL THE GUILT AND SHAME I AM FEELING SENDING MY MOTHER TO BED WITH AN EMPTY TUMMY 😭

My parents always order from this location. They never have had any issues or any complaints of their food and order here all the time, and my mother was treated so poorly by a man and woman on the phone this evening. My mother called to address that her usual steak sandwich she got delivered didn’t taste right, and the lady on the phone said she had to PINPOINT what specific part of the sandwich was wrong or bad, and my mother assumed the sauce because she wasn’t sure, was only sure the sandwich tasted off and just wanted to give it back and order a pizza. The lady was severely rude to my mom, told her it wasn’t the sauce because she opened the can of marinara tonight as if freshly opened marinara can’t be “off” and refused to help her and refused her solution when my mother wasn’t looking for a refund or free food, just equal credit replacement and both the man and woman declined. My mom never complains or returns/exchanges food and is very kind. She then asked for their names and the woman stated she isn’t obligated to give their names and hung up on my mom. This service is unacceptable and seems to be tolerated as I see another review is similar to mine. Absolutely horrible service and they won’t return, as they’ve been regulars for years there. Food industry can be tough and people have bad days but if someone’s food doesn’t taste good, it shouldn’t have to be pinpointed and should be corrected/replaced. It’s not hard to apologize, listen and remake or replace the customers food. So disappointing. Do better.

Donatos has gone down hill the last few years. This will sadly be my last visit after receiving this meatball bake. I just can't take it anymore with the horrible food and service. Sad times. I can't wait to see the copy and paste reply from the Donatos team.

I received an e-mail from Donatos telling me I had enough points for a large specialty pizza. I used the freebee coupon tonight to wind up with a supreme pizza that was not very hot, under cooked and had NO cheese on it at all. Very disappointing.

My family and I had a spur of the moment outing. I’m pregnant and was craving skyline, but they were closed. We said we couldn’t go wrong with Donatos, however, we received a distasteful and unpleasant experience.
We dined in and had to place our order at the register. We ordered a large pizza, wings, and a personal pizza. The food came out, the large pizza was fine. The personal pizza, however, was burnt to a crisp. Not browned, but black all around. The personal is already extremely small. Me, being pregnant and specific. Kindly told the girl, my pizza is a bit burnt. She instantly got upset, and said this is how it’s made. I told her that we eat Donatos all the time, and it’s never looked like that. She argued that it’s not burnt, and was very rude. I asked her why is she being rude, all I said is the pizza is burnt. She still displayed a lot of attitude, rolling her eyes and raising her voice. At that point, I no longer want to be serviced at a place where someone is that capable of treating a customer that way. I asked for a refund, she told me they don’t give refunds. There was a nice young man who came from the back and he listened we communicated effectively. He took my receipt and said he would make a phone call, she snatched the receipt and said she is the manager. I asked is there anyone else I can speak with, I didn’t want to speak with her. I refused to get worked up, and she steady gave me mean looks and disrespect. After my husband showed her the pizza again. Saying ma’am just look the pizza is burnt breaking it because it was so hard, she still argued saying if she remakes it it’ll still be burnt. She then called her manager, and apparently the manger told her how to process my refund. I asked her name, she said she doesn’t have to give me a name and threatened to call the police. My sister was a lot more confrontational than me, I paid for service and not her. I remained calm and respectful, yet was met with the worst customer service. And if Donatos doesn’t do something about her, I’m definitely not letting up. Corporate will be contacted and I will follow through with legal action. No business should have staff that treats customers poorly just because of their dissatisfaction, which was valid. I wish I had recorded this interaction. I sure would have gone viral on TikTok with the way this young lady acted. She wouldn’t apologize or listen. Her nails were filthy and she honestly should never be left to manage anyone, seeing that the guy who was there was 1000 times more professional than she could ever be. I will ABSOLUTELY never dine in or eat at Donatos again. I Cried after this just because my hormones were all over the place and I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment. Shame on you Donatos for hiring someone who lacks communication skills and leaving them to be in charge.

Sent a burnt pizza. Offered a replacement and sent an even worse burnt pizza. Brought it back to the store, took my number so manager could deal with issue, manager never called. Returned a second time, still haven't heard from manager. Company's website doesn't respond to feedback. I'm never spending money at this place again.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for my pizza and then I call the “manager” I believe and she tells me they don’t have cold food then the pizza shows up the pizza is all upside down in the box and also cold
