Worst donuts iv ever had, worse Than week old bread. Staff is friendly but so busy they don’t have time to help walk in customers. After waiting for god knows how long ( with no one else in the lobby) someone finally took my order. I picked a dozen, asked for 3 to be jelly filled sugar got 1 jelly filled, no jelly in the other 2. Dunkin’ has definitely lowered its standard.

I visited this location recently (and once before) and both times the hot chocolate I received was extremely watery, lacked any real chocolate taste, and seemed to be mostly just hot water with insufficient mix. It did not have the standard consistency or flavor I expect from Dunkin.

Every single time I come here to get an iced drink my whole entire cup is filled to the brim with ice. I’ve never had this issue with any other Dunkin besides this one

Waited 20 minutes after the guy told me to pull around. He brought out other peoples order and did not check in with me to see why it was taking so long. I finally went inside and my order was sitting on the counter. My drink was melted & wrap was hard & cold. Terrible service.

the two times i’ve been there i’ve had extremely patient and kind servers in the drive through, I don’t normally go to dunkin so I didn’t know exactly what to order, but they helped answering my questions, the service was quick and the drinks and food were alright

Asked for an iced coffee told them everything that I wanted in it since the Summer group has left, their drinks don’t taste like coffee. They don’t have enough sugar. It’s hit or miss every time you go even when you stop them , before grabbing your drink to make sure that it’s right. and everything is on it. They look at you and say yes and when I say is there enough espresso in there, they tell me, yes and when I drive off, it’s not I’m drinking sugar and milk.
I bought a large ice coffee cream and sugar lite ice. It tasted like water. There was no coffee taste to it what so ever! I will not be going back there!
