the two times i’ve been there i’ve had extremely patient and kind servers in the drive through, I don’t normally go to dunkin so I didn’t know exactly what to order, but they helped answering my questions, the service was quick and the drinks and food were alright

Asked for an iced coffee told them everything that I wanted in it since the Summer group has left, their drinks don’t taste like coffee. They don’t have enough sugar. It’s hit or miss every time you go even when you stop them , before grabbing your drink to make sure that it’s right. and everything is on it. They look at you and say yes and when I say is there enough espresso in there, they tell me, yes and when I drive off, it’s not I’m drinking sugar and milk.

I bought a large ice coffee cream and sugar lite ice. It tasted like water. There was no coffee taste to it what so ever! I will not be going back there!

I hate that I had to drop my rating down today of them because I like going here but this morning I got the Turkey croissant and it was pink in the middle I waited to get home to eat it and I bit into it and was very upset when I realized it was raw. J don't know what's going on in Middletown at these restaurants recently.
