I hate that I had to drop my rating down today of them because I like going here but this morning I got the Turkey croissant and it was pink in the middle I waited to get home to eat it and I bit into it and was very upset when I realized it was raw. J don't know what's going on in Middletown at these restaurants recently.

Edit: I just keep lowering my review. From pulling up to the building today to actually getting a single coffee was 30 minutes. We sat at the actual window for 7 minutes. This is for a single coffee at a Dunkin'. It's unacceptable to not be able to get coffee out faster at a literal coffee place in the morning when you're expecting a rush.
I don't know if this is just a standard practice, but the cups are always only filled to like 2 or more inches from the top. I understand some room so it doesn't come out of the lid, but that's a lot of missing drink.

The wait time is entirely too long for a cup of coffee.Their service is never a sense of urgency.This is not a restaurant.It's a coffee house.You shouldn't have to leave forty five minutes early for work to get a cup of coffee When I asked if there was a situation going on inside, I was told no, so for daily customer service.They have a lot of work to do here

This review is for Dunkin donuts, not just this location. One donut for Veterans today. That sounds kind of cheap to me. You could give the Veterans more than one donut.

Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the front door.
Stuck home with an injury and can't cook. Ac new Dunkin just opened up three blocks away so I order half dozen donuts. I did not notice the local Dunkin wasn't listed but this location. Not only were my donuts great, they were out of two pumpkin donuts and replaced them with twenty munchkins. The employees here understand how to take care of people. Great job!
