Been here a few times lately. Food has been decent. Service has been great. Beer ice cold and delicious. Environment was fun and inviting.

The last couple of times I’ve gone to this frickers, the service has been awful. Today I went to watch the buckeyes play, as I usually do on Saturday, and I sat for over 20 minutes And no waitress even spoke to me. They walked by about five times, but never stopped.

Waited for almost 10 minutes to even get drink order, food came out cold, waitress took fries back to get hot ones and never brought them but we still were charged. Couldn’t find her to remove the charge. Very unprofessional staff with attitude. Place has gone downhill!

After a 50 minute plus wait this was what I got for my order of curly fries.....most pieces were less than a half inch long.... Throw the scrapings in the bag out. These should not have been served. Worst experience ever

Order to porterhouse steak yes it was cooked to my delight what did they put on it all I can taste with salt and pepper and I mean a lot of it I already have high blood pressure I didn't even have to add any salt to it the aftertaste burnt for even after I left the store my girl ordered shrimp didn't get a side and the shrimp was way overcooked we give it a one rating I asked for my bill and apparently the girl said she didn't hear me even though she was looking straight at me came back and told me I didn't have to be snotty like I said it was our first visit there and we will not be back

We tried to eat here about a year ago, and we sat for 20 mins without seeing a single employee. We ended up leaving. This time, their system was down on a Friday night around 10pm, so we couldn't order any food. They just need to close this place. Every time we come here, we can never actually eat.

Everything about it was amazing. We had a nice server and our food was great, the texture was perfect and the temp was also perfect. Was a little slow but that's how I knew the food was fresh. 5/5 definitely recommend.
