I went through the drive through today and had the blessing of being taken care of by a young lady named Chasitie. She took the time to change out the root beer which took extra time so she kept apologizing but I don't care about the time I'm thankful for how she made sure our meal and drinks were the best they could be!

I ordered Frisch's last night. I got chili and a hot fudge cake (of course). I went to take a bite of my hot fudge cake and cut my mouth on what unbeknownst to me was a staple. IN MY FORK! Absolutely the most ridiculous thing! Thank you Frisch's for my cut that made it difficult to eat or drink anything else!!!!!

By far the WORST experience I’ve had at a frischs. I’m used to having to wait with them but I ordered literally 2 burgers and a hot fudge cake in the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes to get to me, and then when I got it, it was half a patty on my big boy and ICE COLD. Not to mention my ice cream in the judge cake was MELTED. Will never be back.
Our waitress empress was amazing! She did such a good job. She made our whole experience amazing!! The breakfast was disappointing tho.

Just ok for me. Expensive, little slower than I would like. Portions compared to cost ... little on the low end. If I pay 20 for a combo meal, I'd like my fry box slammed.... I got like 12 fries and a subpar burger. Pass on that for 20 bones. Especially the ten minute wait cause there is no staff. Just ok... though about 2 stars but they did deliver the food and we're alright people.

I ordered overnight one day, and Doordash claimed the store was closed so I called to confirm they were open, and they were shocked to hear what doordash said. Had my food done in 3 minutes, and it was still hot when I got it! Absolutely amazing team! Doordash, idk what is going on, not only are you lying to your customers, your lying to your employees and won’t pay them a livable wage, I know plenty of people that dash as their career. And the pay, inconsistent and sometimes laughable, I’m a former dasher myself.

Server went outside to smoke weed which I'm not against but when your a server make sure your customers are taken care of, we were served raw sausage and old eggs. She never came back for us to tell her or for her to refill drinks. This place used to be one of our favorite places now the service is horrible and the food is disgusting, got cooks walking around scratching themselves and smoking then without washing their hands going right back to the cook line. We'll probably never be back. This is one of many disappointing visits.
