Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop - Middletown, OH

Stopped in yesterday to grab a Dubai Chocolate Sundae! It was delicious 😋

I've taken my kids there and have gone solo. There's so many different things, each time you go you find something new. Thers also something for everyone. Also, it's a good place to get holiday themed items. My youngest loves the $5 candy box. Where you get to fill a small box with candy from the candy corner. He also loves the drink selection,he gets a ginger ale every time we go. My oldest loves the ice cream and desserts. He likes to mix and match different flavor ice cream to different flavor cones. Also, both boys like to get a mystery bag when they are available. My husband doesn't enjoy sweets at all, but even he found things to try when there. He likes to try different flavor chips from around the world. The store itself is always clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and welcoming.

Visited Grandpa Joes on 11/14/2024. Awesome selection and got some delicious desserts for my family. Chocolate/Sprinkle pretzels, peanut butter balls, and S'More bar. All delicious my crew loved it.

The best thing is going for the $5 box of candy. As much as you can fit in there! They also have all kinds of candy and sodas along with ice cream. It's a great place to go for the old candy.

Absolutely great place that we just happen to stumble upon. Had a specific pop I was looking for so that made it better. Lots of old school candy. Very nostalgic
