We went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast. We got a burrito and cinnamon roll both were excellent! Gina greeted us with a friendly smile at the window and was very pleasant to talk to. Our food came out in a timely manner.

The Hardee's located on Breiel Boulevard in Middletown is by far, one of the best Hardee's locations I've ever been to. This location's staff are always super friendly, the food is always made fresh and correctly the way it's ordered. The overall atmosphere is seemingly warm, welcoming, and inviting, thanks to the friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Billy, an older gentleman that works at this location, always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied. Billy is definitely one in a million when it comes to providing excellent customer service, and he seems to do his best to ensure every customer leaves feeling completely satisfied, and with a smile on their face. One of the managers at this location, Jen, is also really friendly, professional, and polite, even when she's running short staffed. I highly recommend visiting this Hardee's location, they make Hardee's the way it was originally founded!
Went thru the. Drive thru I placed my Order the guy working the window handed me my coke with liquid all down the outside of the cup I asked for napkins to wipe off the cup he looked like I was bothering him. I asked for a straw and finally got one. I pulled my sandwich out of the bag and it was already cold. I didn’t get silverware for my biscuit and gravy! Being that this is the only Hardee’s local you would figure they would do better. I now see why they are never busy anymore. They will probably be closed down by the end of the year! So sad I won’t. Go back

This is literally the SLOWEST “fast food”. Sit at the drive thru speaker for 7 mins and no one says a word. It’s great food, just go when you don’t have anywhere to be.

I dined in after work because it’s right by my job not too long ago. Billy greeted me with a smile and was just so polite and answered every question i had about the menu. He brought my food out a couple minutes later and was just so sweet. He seemed like the only one really cleaning or working and the other staff was vaping in the dining room which usually wouldn’t bother me but seemed unprofessional. Other than that the experience was great!

I received really quick service on this particular visit. I ordered 2 breakfast platters. My only complaint was to find out that cinnamon raisin biscuits were discontinued. However, the cinnamon roles are a nice replacement on the menu.

I just went to the Middletown Ohio Hardee’s location to get something to eat and was just told they’re only doing door dash orders nobody else can even place a order unless with door dash that’s utterly ridiculous is you ask me people who cannot afford DoorDash are just turned
