Went to Middletown hot head tonight where we normally go and usually it's great service but today got waited on by a woman in a black shirt and she was rushing and rude I heard her tell another employee that a guy that just was walking in was waiting on her so I figured that's why she was rushing and rude and thought her black shirt ment she was a manager and if so it's sad the regular employees are better at service then the manager next time I go in I will not let her wait on...read full review
We had the worst experience at the Middletown location yesterday. I am a loyal hot head fan and we eat at the Hamilton location about once a week. We happened to be in Middletown yesterday and decided to stop for lunch. The employee waiting on us was super rude. My husband asked about the tacos and instead of answering his question the employee pointed to the board above him.
