I wish you would go back to were the steak was cut into pieces instead of how the steak is cooked and cut now and also when the steak was marinated in the spicy sauce instead of putting the sauce on top of it. There is no flavor to the steak you’re currently using.

I absolutely love this location. They always get my order correct and make sure to introduce new items to my kiddos and I. Last night I came in with my kiddos for dinner and the manager and worker there were outstanding and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. On top of everything its always clean unlike some other locations. I will always come to Middletown 😁

Mario and the other girl working tonight were extremely rude barely putting any portions for what was asked for then charging double because I asked for a little more because normally I get more than a pinch of cheese on my bowl. If you don’t like your job get another job instead of taking it out on paying customers. Normally I go to this location and my bowls are a little over $20 but they overcharged for everything I asked for as if it comes out of their check and my bowls were $32. Just straight up rude and disappointing.

I have a Tasty Equity stock holders card. It's a 10% off card for Hot Head and Rapid Fired. I am fully aware that this card applies to participating locations and locations have the right to say they are not participating.
Recently, I was told that this location, Middletown, would not honor my card. Which is completely fine! I'm not mad
I would just like to bring to light what I believe to be simply bad business. I usually buy 2 entrées and some extras, and instead of letting me save a little $2.00 to $4.00 off with my card, you would rather me go to a different location and lose the +$20.00 sale all together... I'm no business major but it seems like losing a +$20.00 sale over a 10% discount is dumb.
No issues on my end though! Just wanted to share.

I just love the food here everything is so fresh! The workers are very polite and funny! Amazing atmosphere and service, the workers do an amazing job and you can tell they enjoy working here. The food is awesome as well and so many choices to choose from!
