The workers were very friendly and the hot heads sauce was really good!!!. However, the food is unseasoned and dry, I got 2 bowls and 2 chips w gauc and spent 35 bucks. The food was not worth the price. That will be my first and last visit.
They always put together a great burrito bowl and they are always friendly.

Went to Middletown hot head tonight where we normally go and usually it's great service but today got waited on by a woman in a black shirt and she was rushing and rude I heard her tell another employee that a guy that just was walking in was waiting on her so I figured that's why she was rushing and rude and thought her black shirt ment she was a manager and if so it's sad the regular employees are better at service then the manager next time I go in I will not let her wait on me at all

The inside is very clean. Love that they moved things around inside, it makes it lol more roomy. My order is always accurate- ever when i place online orders. Staff is friendly.

We ordered online for pickup and when I got home with our meals the cilantro and was slimy and the lettuce was brown. They made sure to get that slimy cilantro all up in there too. And it had been a few weeks since I ate here because I got food poisoning the time before. I thought maybe I would give them another try and I regret it. And now I can say that I will NEVER eat here again.

I went to Hotheads today in West Chester, OH off of 747. First, when I walked in nobody was behind the counter. The kitchen door was open, so I walked there and saw no one in the kitchen. As it turns out, the two people eating in the restaurant were the employees. They let me stand at the counter for a few minutes before walking over to take my order. The young man, who made my burrito, did not wash his hands. He put on gloves. While he steamed my shell, he asked me if I like Chipotle. He went on to explain he liked Chipotle better than Hotheads and doesn't really like Hotheads. The two boys that were there looked really young. The restaurant was filthy, and flies were buzzing around the food. This location needs wholesale change. I will not go back there.
