The food is incredible. The staff…. They are the most friendly people I have ever come across. They always engage while making the food and they seem genuinely happy to be there. My husband and I go at least once every two weeks, because of how awesome the food is and how nice the staff are!!

The staff gave my order to a dasher even though it was an online order through jersey Mike's. Mistakes happen, the real kicker was after they were informed of the mistake they still made me wait an additional thirty minutes after initial twenty minutes, while completing orders that had come in after mine. There was no since of urgency to complete the order after their mistake. Customer service was lacking a lot.
