This was the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been. From Michigan and here for a soccer tournament. Super clean. Everything was so fresh. The employees were great. The manager was training some new employees and talked to them with such respect. When the restaurant wasn’t busy everyone had tasks to do to get ready for the next rush. No one seen standing around on their phones. I even commented on it before leaving. Sometimes we all need to hear the good things and not just complain. Keep up the good work!

The staff was absolutely amazing. There was a gentleman that needed extra attention and care due to him being in a motorized wheelchair. The staff was pleased to help him and went the extra mile to make sure he had everything he needed. There are lot of ugly going on in this world and it brightens my day to see there are still caring people willing to help others in this world.

Living locally, I'm extremely hesitant to eat out. I'm also extremely focused on employee behavior/interaction as food (mine and others) is being prepared. This entire staff worked as a team should. Everyone's focus was completing the task they were presented with, in a professional, customer friendly manner. The end product, the food, would make any owner PROUD!

This store had amazing energy, the second I walked in they all greeted me. They ask about your day, how you are, they are truly involved and explained everything as it was my first time at Jersey Mikes, you really feel motivated to return based off the staff alone! It’s a refreshing thing to see lovely, involved staff!! I hope these staff members from 6/24 around 11:30 am get their recognition truly wish I got their names to specifically point them out!
