Ordered carryout from Middletown store, Normally is excellent. I will have to say that. Not tonight, ordered two topping large and a large cheese, barely any toppings on our two topping, barely any sauce, and the sauce had a weird aftertaste, didn't taste normal. The cheese pizza barely got any sauce as well. The crust was horrible, Seemed more like something out of a microwave than baked, probably needed about another 5 to 10 minutes in the oven.

Was hour late .used my credit from the last screw up they had cold food late .oh but this time I had to call the store back and they stated to me that I called them and cancelled my order .well when i was on the phone the food i ordered was delivered while i was on the phone w management. And also was hour late again why i called last straw dont have this issue with other places maybe they need to get smart and get a tracking device like dominos dont have near the screw ups there.Well i wont b ordering from larosas again ever! Be taking my $ elsewhere. Thanks for not having dinner going to bed hungry and i threw it away nasty.
I ordered our food at 7 pm it is now 850 and all I've been told twice is it's a few min away.. I understand waiting but 2 hours is a bit long .. I truly hope it's not cold ..

I recently visited LaRosa's for a pizza night out with my uncle, and while the pizza was undeniably delicious, I was a bit disappointed with the service.Let's start with the positives. The pizza at LaRosa's is top-notch. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had just the right amount of tanginess, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It's clear that they take pride in the quality of their ingredients, and it definitely shows in the taste.However, I can't give a full 5-star rating because of the service. While the staff was friendly, there were some noticeable issues with the speed and attentiveness of the service. It took quite a while for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. Additionally, We had to wait for a table for around 20 minutes.Despite these service hiccups, I would still recommend LaRosa's for the fantastic pizza alone. If they can work on improving the efficiency and attentiveness of their service, it would truly elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.Overall, I give LaRosa's a solid 4 stars. Great pizza, just be prepared for potentially slower service

Apparently they made our pizza too large to fit in the box so they decided to fold the pizza over to make it fit. I was shocked that anyone would think this was a good idea! This location does not seem to be as good as the average Larosa's.
