Got food from here tonight for my family on the way home from work. spent almost 50 dollars. I ended up putting a 7 inch hair in my mouth from the mac n cheese. Please start wearing hair nets.

Ordered a mixed 3 piece meal for lunch. Everything was delicious. Whoever made the biscuits did a great job!

I'm hooked on their chicken and wedges, seriously! I'm almost too embarrassed to say my husband picks them up three times a week. No joke, I can't quit. The only thing I'd change is the wedge size; they're enormous! I prefer smaller ones, more flavor that way. (Just my opinion) Everything always tastes fresh. Occasionally, I get a chewy chicken piece.

The food was mediocre. Fries were soggy chicken wasn't close to fresh. Parking lot was very small. Tables were not clean. Not a fan of this location

Dine in or drive-thru the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I eat at the Middletown location at least once or twice a month and they have never messed up an order and I've never had to wait long. The employees personable and well trained and they keep their dining room clean.I have nothing bad to say about this place.

The manager was so kind and friendly. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be back. Keep up the good work!

So expensive. The chicken is good, the sides are pretty good and they have the most excellent potato edges at the verity location. The biscuits are awful.

Stopped by after church to get lunch. Went through the drive thru. Order my meal and was asked to pull to the window. I did and a young man was working. Gave me the total. No greeting or anything. Just my total. Hand him my card, I said thank you and he said “yup”. Handed me card back, I said thank you and said “yup”. Waited a couple minutes and then he handed me the bag. I again said thank you and he said “yup”. As I was putting the bag on the passenger seat and getting ready to pull away, I noticed he was already on his cell phone. With the tone of the “yups” and the fact I was not even away yet and he was on his phone, I feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was the person I was having interactions with and therefore he was the face of Lees during my visit. I must say it was not a good impression. When I go to a place, I want to be greeted and feel welcome. Unfortunately that did not happen. The cell phone made it worse for me. If you have to get on phone, be out of view of the customers. To me, whoever he was texting was more important than the customer. Food was great!!!!! This review is strictly the poor service that I received
