I get it it's cold outside but if you have the drive-thru it needs to be open. no one ordered a drive-through order to come inside and get their food I understand it's cold but nobody closes their drive-thru because it's cold normally if they do they just close the entire building.
Worst service ever. SO bad you feel like you are being punked. Owner should close, fire everyone, and hire new staff
