Little Cesars Pizza at the window waiting. I just feel sorry for the main lady working their. She's understaffed and worked hard. I could tell that driving up and you could also tell by the pace of the line. Poor Lady. It was as if she was there working by herself. The blame usually trickles down to greed of money. If these places would be more fair to their employees and paid them better, Little Cesars could pick and choose better employees instead of taking what they can get because no one else wants to, or can work for that little. It's the same for all jobs nowadays. I believe greed is eroding our free enterprise system here in America. I foresee an economical colapse if we keep going down this road. Little Cesars is just one example of many of the same.

I've visited this location twice and both times there have been disappointments. The first time my online order was not ready at the time specified.
The second time I stopped by for the lunch combo. On the positive side the pizza was properly cooked through. Since the franchise has introduced the thin crust options I've had mixed results for the deep dish pizzas regarding how well the crust was cooked at multiple locations. Unfortunately the amount of sauce on the pizza was lacking which, to me, ima generous amount of sauce is needed for Detroit style pizza given the thickness of the crust. Since this is in an area I don't frequent often I can't say when I'd even have the opportunity to decide for or against a return, but I'd have to reconsider the decision to return or possibly reconsider what I choose to order if I was to return.

Honestly a decent Little Caesars. Just DO NOT order your food for pickup through the window. My pizza was ready but I had to wait for about 30 minutes to actually pick it up because people jn front of me ordered at the window
Pizza is NOT hot and ready every time you go here you always get parked and you wait forever

Had to wait behind the car at the window a short while, but not too long. Employee was very friendly and helpful. I chose a hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza. It wasn't very hot, but it was ready. I was hungry, so I decided to take it home instead of waiting for a fresh one. It was OK for a cheap pizza, but prefer their fresh pizza.

I hate to have to do this because I rarely complain about businesses, but I am genuinely upset at this point. So back on June 13th, 2025, I placed a delivery order directly on their website. It was for $38.83 dollars. Shortly therafter, I received a doordash(?) Notification stating it had been delivered. Please note, my order was not made via doordash, but I learned Doordash contracts with them for delivery. That will be important for later on in my story.. so anyway. The delivery photo was clearly not to my duplex. I want to reiterate that in the delivery instructions I did give clear notice that we have a blue patterned entry rug, so it would be especially difficult to miss this. The delivery photo was of a tiled floor. I contacted the phone number provided to me in the order email, and a doordash customer support specialist answered. They stated that I would be refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days. When that did not transpire, I contacted both little ceasars and doordash support. I want to be clear in that I didn't even do this until **after** 10 business days had passed. Doordash told me that they contract online deliveries with Little Ceasars but that they don't deal with the checking transactions...Ok. Fair enough. I then emailed the store and they did get back to me...then ghosted entirely when I provided order number, transaction details, etc via screenshots. This was now 6 days ago. So I'm now almost $40 down the drain, at exactly a month after the initial order.
I would not recommend any online ordering with this franchise. In the event that your order is delivered to the incorrect address, please be advised you are effectively screwed.
