I was hungry, so I decided to take it home instead of waiting for a fresh one. It was OK for a cheap pizza, but prefer their fresh pizza.

I hate to have to do this because I rarely complain about businesses, but I am genuinely upset at this point. So back on June 13th, 2025, I placed a delivery order directly on their website. It was for $38.83 dollars. Shortly therafter, I received a doordash(?) Notification stating it had been delivered. Please note, my order was not made via doordash, but I learned Doordash contracts with them for delivery. That will be important for later on in my story.. so anyway. The delivery photo was clearly not to my duplex. I want to reiterate that in the delivery instructions I did give clear notice that we have a blue patterned entry rug, so it would be especially difficult to miss this. The delivery photo was of a tiled floor. I contacted the phone number provided to me in the order email, and a doordash customer support specialist answered. They stated that I would be refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days. When that did not transpire, I contacted both little ceasars and doordash support. I want to be clear in that I didn't even do this until **after** 10 business days had passed. Doordash told me that they contract online deliveries with Little Ceasars but that they don't deal with the checking transactions...Ok. Fair enough. I then emailed the store and they did get back to me...then ghosted entirely when I provided order number, transaction details, etc via screenshots. This was now 6 days ago. So I'm now almost $40 down the drain, at exactly a month after the initial order. I would not recommend any online ordering with this franchise. In the event that your order is delivered to the incorrect address, please be advised you are effectively screwed.

I've tried my best to be very patient with this place seeing as I've worked with making pizza for 6 years now at 2 different franchises so I know it can get busy but 3 times now I've placed orders here and they've gotten almost everything wrong each and every time I order a crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza last night and got no crazy crust, no stuff crust, and it was burnt to hell and back. The people that work there are rude and dismissive when you try and bring these things to their attention I told them what they got wrong with my order and asked them to fix it guy handed me a cheese packet and shrugged his shoulders the fact their still in business when ran this way is truly a Christmas miracle in jun

Hard crusty Food old run down building mid service got charged 15 dollars the girl printed up a receipt then tossed it then tried to change me for my actual order that was $23 I had to pull up my bank statement showing I was just charged the first girl disappeared the second girl said there was no $15 order in the system idk what was going on but they just charged the difference a second to make $23 only thanks to the manager So I'll give them that was not worth the wait or hassle the worst little Caesars I've ever been to

I used to love Little Caesars as a kid. I used to wait with my mom and was always so excited. We moved and the one we were by was always so busy and would take hours, so I stopped getting it .When I say I will be back , I mean it . We went in and ordered, and a nice older gentleman took the order. He told us 10 minutes and he was right, if not sooner. As he was getting together our order, he smiled, put our sauces on top and even gave us little cookies. You can tell this guys loves his job and what he does. Put this man in a basket 🥹🧺and thank you for being an awesome, well ran location.
Was very clear that there was a garlic allergy in the family. Specifically asked to make sure no garlic was in or on our pizzas. They were covered in garlic and had to throw away. What a poorly ran establishment

This place was pretty rough. I had to wait an extremely long time which I could have overlooked. Unfortunately shortly after eating their pizza it gave me food poisoning. Do not eat here it’s unsanitary and unhealthy.
