This place so far is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, slow to no customer service. Don't go here if you're in a hurry

the lady who took my order sounded like I was bothering her while I was taking my order and chewing very loudly. Then, when I asked for a pup cup, the lady wouldn’t let me finish and cut me off and said we don’t have those here in a rude tone. There was a smell coming from the first drive-through window when you pay, it was like straight sewage. Also that person was eating which I find very gross. Touching your mouth and then the food. They messed up the order, smelled disgusting and all the staff including the manger who handed me my food was rude and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them to give me the food. Then quickly walked off before I could tell her my order was wrong.

The day shift crew at this location is downright horrible (with the exception of one guy, i think a manager). They are always rude and always mess up our orders whether its incorrect ingredients or missing items, and when we've been waiting for a long period of time they ignore us asking about our order. I am very patient with fast food workers because I know the job is not easy having worked in a kitchen myself, but for them to treat us the way they have is beyond words. That being said; the night crew is wonderful, I have never had issues with them and I appreciate them to no end. While the day crew struggles when it gets busy, I have seen the night shift make it happen with two employees managing to hold it down on their own without a long wait for our food in our order to be taken.

Very unfriendly employees
Have fun in the drive through. It always takes 20-30 minutes just to speak to someone not even how slow it is to get through the line. Everytime it’s like this and it never gets better.

I visited a 2nd time hoping it was just a fluke from my experience the 1st time. But no, it was just as bad if not worse. The 1st time, my food was cold and while sitting at the window waiting, the person had passed by the window 3 different times with my order in her hand. Bag was folded and ready to hand out. I sat for a total of about 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Not happy.... Then this morning I visited again to give them a 2nd chance. 2 cars ahead of me, and I sat there for a full 14 minutes before getting my once again, cold food. And I was almost late for work because of this. I always get to work at least 15-20 minutes ahead of time. The service there is ridiculous. I was an RGM for a long time and I never would have served cold food to a customer and make them wait like that. It's supposed to be fast food, not hurry up and wait food.

I’ve been going here for breakfast and lunch. But here lately it’s been a disappointment for this place. I sat and waited for my curbside for 30mins before I chose to walk in and say something. My order was sitting to the side and still had to wait for my drinks. They do not have the best communication skills.

They’re going to have you pull forward every time in the drive though. Sometimes forgetting about you. Quality control needs to be better.
