We were just in the store at 9:50 and we use the restroom before we ordered and the manager who had black hair short. She closed the register as we were trying to place an order and told us we could no longer place that order that we had to do a mobile order which we were not able to do so we were unable to eat at the restaurant at 9:52 because she had locked the doors and took the register early.

so unprofessional, everytime i order door dash for this mcdonald’s they always and i mean ALWAYS forget something, i just spent almost 6 dollars on a carmel sundae and without even telling the door dash driver the ice cream machine was “down” just completely said forget it and stickers it up and act like its in there, i call them to ask them if the machine is down and a dude picked up and said “waddup” i work at a mcdonald’s and this is so unprofessional and needs to be handled, new management and new crew who don’t seem entirely miserable with their life. if i could give negative starts i definitely would .

Worst McDonald’s! I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for two happy meals! Workers were rude taking my order. Avoid this McDonald’s if you can help it!

I am extremely disappointed with this location. The service is consistently slow, the orders are often wrong even with printed labels, and the staff behavior has become unacceptable. On our last visit, 12/01/2025, an employee insulted my boyfriend while handling his phone for payment, calling him “stupid” over a simple order adjustment. I heard this as she wasn’t aware that I was on the phone. That level of disrespect is entirely unprofessional and inappropriate for any workplace.

This has not been an isolated issue — we have experienced ongoing service problems at this location for over a year. We have given this store multiple chances, but the lack of improvement is clear. At this point, I expect management or corporate oversight to address the customer service standards here, as the current operation is far below acceptable expectations.

Im just tired of the attitude we get from going here. Also the long waits just to recieve cold food has gone on for too long. At this point mcdonalds as a whole is just tying their own noose. Mcdonalds hasn't been family friendly and customer oriented in a couple decades

Worst food ever! Customer service is terrible and it's not all the employees but whoever worked the on November 23,2025 and was there between 9pm- 10pm they completely suck and they sell you old food!

This it the worst mcdonald’s in middletown and honestly the worst one i’ve ever been too. Every time i come here it seems one person is working. The management is poor to say the least. At this point they should be shut down. I went through the drive through the other day and got pulled for two large waters, waited 5 minutes outside and went in and they were sitting on the counter melted. I just ordered doordash from them and they didn’t include my items, they were very unprofessional about it and rude. They told me yeah it’s sitting on the counter in front of me. I’ve worked in fast food for a few years now and how they handle and do things is horrible. Their drive thru time has to be 700 per order. If the GM sees this, DO BETTER. (and please hire people who are not incompetent.)

Worst McDonalds ever ordered food my sandwich was cold and old

I came and ordered food and like usual was missing most of the monopoly pieces. However the real issue is that on October 20th I called in because I did not receive a quarter pounder with cheese. I was told they took my name down and I could come back at a later date to get it, but when I showed up today and asked for it I was told that my name was not on the list and they would not provide the item that I had payed for and not received. I told them I could show them the order receipt and the phone call to their store, but the manager would not even speak with me. I was just repeated the same message by the cashier that they said if my name was not on the list they wouldn't replace it.
I will not be returning, I've never had such a bad experience and such bad customer service. I paid for something I did not receive!

Just left there at 545am and literally not one single person in the Drive Thru had any personality or emotions.........if your job is that bad and you're that miserable in life then just stay home
