Crappiest service I have ever had in a ff place. The food is horrid much of the time(over nuked, dry, or old/wilted) and they rarely get an order right. Pay extra for add-ons and almost never get them... I've gotten free coupons because of them screwing up an order and they screwed up the order that was a replacement. They are rude if you go in to complain, as if you are wasting their time ...

For one everytime we go here there is a manager lady who is completely idiotic towards customer service. She ignores anyone at the counter trying to get help. She literally looks at you with a nasty look. And then ignores you... and every single time we go there they always get your order wrong.. today we got the biscuit and gravy and they barely put any gravey on the biscuit it was so dry it was hard to eat. This is the number 1 worst mcdonalds I have ever been in my life.

They have kiosks and rather than it be another option the staff ignores you so you'll use them. If you want to talk to a person to order your food stay in your car. It is obvious they don't do random drug tests from the smell in the air and speed of the crew.

-15 stars last night sat in the drive thru over an hour both sides were lined with cars we were in the right side of drive thru one car finally gotten their order taken so they could move on up and two cars jumped in behind it skipping the rest of us that were very impatiently waiting I'll never be back at this McDonald's location if I were completely starving to death I won't be back there

I ordered two fish sandwiches in the drive-thru. Someone was already at the 3rd window so I was told to pull in front of them to drive thru waiting #1. I sat 20 minutes before I got out in went inside. Apparently they gave my food to someone else 10 minutes earlier. Doesn't anyone keep track of the cars that get moved forward? Once inside I waited another 10 minutes for my sandwiches and they were cold. This is not acceptable service. No I don't want a coupon for free French fries next time. I didn't order French fries this time because I don't eat them. They were not shorthanded either. People behind the counter everywhere but nobody was working but the managers. Ridiculous!
