I took my two girls to dine in the other evening. We ordered at the kiosk. I waited 22 minutes and NO ONE came to my table. I went up to the desk and waited some more. Finally someone acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I showed him my receipt and then he asked what from it I was needing. My reply “all of it.” So I watched as he grabbed a tray. They hadn’t even started it until I said something. I waited another 10 minutes. Finally he handed over my order.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fry in the App, opted for curbside pick up. Got there and waited 30 minutes for a lady to yell my parking place number from the drive thru window. Had to pull out of my spot, dodge cars in the drive thru to get to the 2nd drive thru window to get my food. Had I not had my window down in my car, I would've never heard her. Only explanation I got was that their doors were locked. You can't be locked in there......read full review
