Usually any time I go into McDonalds, I bring my McDonalds cup back in later and get a refill. I usually have no issues with this. I go in this morning, and some lady (I didn’t get her name..) was very rude to me. She looked me up and down, looked at my almost empty cup with disgust.. Asked me when I came in, and I told her earlier this morning. She asked had I been in the lobby all morning, I told her no. She said I can’t get a refill unless it’s the same visit. I told her I had never had an issue getting a refill before, she just repeated herself in nastier tone, “Same visit!” I walked out very angry. Not only did I feel completely judged, she was very rude about it and she acted like a refill on a SMALL coke was going to come out of her paycheck. I will NOT return to this McDonalds again.

Employees lock the Lobby doors at 9:30 at night even though lobby hours are until 11:00

The restaurant's general manager never addresses the situation; she acts oblivious even though there's a huge line. The employees provide terrible service and always forget something in the order. It's a very busy McDonald's, always crowded, but the service is awful. I don't recommend going here

Literally the worst experience at a fast food chain that I can remember. If they moved any slower, they would be frozen in time.
Ray Kroc is spinning in his grave. I’ve been to many McDonald’s, but this is definitely the slowest and sorriest location I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve spent less time waiting at the DMV.
You have to be loosing $$$ with that type of performance…I saw two cars drive off.
The fact yall don't answer a phone after calling 5 times is wild!! I ordered thru mobile app to make it easier and still got a raw double quarter pounder?? It was so pink the cow moooed at me when a bite was taken smh.. I expected the worse since I ordered after hours drive thru only smh but damn raw meat really?? Them 2 quarter pounder patties was bleeding still inside smh.. I see why people eager to work for McDonald's. Make $14+ to do the bare minimum!!

I’ll never understand why they’re letting teenagers run a restaurant almost every time there’s an issue with my order and then when asked for a supervisor not much to my surprise it’s just another teenager that clearly doesn’t care about their job. Do better, McDonald’s!!

Sat for 30 minutes in a curbside spot and never even got my food so there went my money I shouldn't have to go through 2 or 3 different methods to get my food if I pick curbside I shouldn't need to go in to get my food or go to the drive thru to figure out where my order is

Service is always up and down never constant, the good especially the burger are nasty dry, premade patties never again but the food has gotten terrible last couple years only thing Worth is the fries with ketchup

The service was horrible, they gave our order to the car in front of us. And after they looked thu it and eat fries, it was handed in the window.
Then they tried to give it to us without making a new order.
