Delicious burgers! And they're huge!

Food took extremely to long. Our friends and us order back to back and we didn't get our food for 25 mins after. The wings were soggy and the burger was burnt. Bar service was great.

this is a great stop for a quick bite to eat! absolutely debacious!

Laid-back local bar scene - they'll quickly know you by name! Great selection of bourbons and other liquors with generous pours. The old-fashioned is strong and get sweeter to the end with the muddled luxardo cherries and orange. One of the best I've had in the area. Cheeseburger had a fantastic grilled flavor, fresh and crispy lettuce, onion and ripe tomato with a tangy pickle. Large, fresh, and delicious. Fries are generously straight cut and crispy. Pool table is reasonably priced, along with darts, and one duck pin bowling lane, and a basketball hoop. Fun place to get together with friends!

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Wednesday. Had a turkey club and fries. Pretty good food!

I love this place! As a public service servant.... I have never received the public service anyone would come to expect from any establishment....and they ain't no auto correct here hon-t...I mean my Words!

I went to open a tab they charged my card 25$ I only spent 7 I had 33$ in my account and when I went to use my card again all my money was drained from my card they said it would take a couple hours or the next morning for the holding fee to hit my account again and they never did they took over 40$ out my account when I only spent 7!

First time I’ve been here. I will definitely be back. The selection of beers is amazing. I got the 1/2 pound bacon cheeseburger. It smelled amazing before I even took a bite. It was as delicious as it smelled.

Came back and had a double decker ham and cheese on rye bread. Very tasty. This is one of my favorites in Middletown.

Great spot! The food is good, atmosphere pleasant. Service is very slow, but if your not in a hurry it's worth the stop.

Or normal go to spot great food great prices great drinks great drink prices Great service. One of the best qualities they have is they serve food late up until 1:00 The only downfall I see is they don't have any live music.,....

Editing on 7/10/24 to add to my previous review. I gave this bar a chance again and I really wish I hadn’t. It has gotten worse!!! both times I have been back, there has been NO FOOD or KITCHEN staff? Why? Homeless hanging out outside the doors asking for cigarettes and money… absurd. I will never be back and neither will my friends.

I frequent this establishment so I think it is time to speak up publicly. I used to love coming here. This place is going downhill. I have been served moldy ice in my drink, I have killed multiple bugs on the bar top, and lately the smell of sulfur is very intense! If you need help with bowling game or pool the bartenders will have to wake the manager up from his nap in the back to help you. Don’t order food in the daytime, it could take an hour if they are even serving food at all! Also they let people bring their KIDS into this bar! Time to find a new place to hang out.

This is one of my favorite spots. The bartenders are amazing. The younger dark haired cook is great ,but this bad built Santa clause looking man has messed up my food and refuse to fix it. He gave the wrong sauce , the chicken was soft, and the wrong dressing.. then yelled at me like I did something wrong. Santa was in his off season on this day ,bad customer service era .He refused to remake my food. Somebody please give him 3 lumps of coal. He was VERY aggressive!! Mind you , I get this same meal 2 to 3 times a week. I’ve spend wayyy too much money over the years , to get this treatment.

Listen to me....I went to Markels Tavern today, and I can't believe how good the food was, how friendly the service was, and how great the atmosphere was.

They have one of the longest bars I've seen in a bar. Lol there also sits a few booths for the folks that don't want to sit at the bar, and the other side features 2 pool tables, like 7 dart boards, a small bowling table, a basketball game...and there's a few other games on the game side.

Oh yea, there are about 25 tvs in this spot. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, the service is awesome!

I can't wait to go back!
